Sales good, Service not so much

I went in on three different occaisions and they were not interested in servicing my "warranty covered " issue unless I was doing non warranty service also. They suggested each time that I come back when I do my next oil service and then they would look at my issue. They said it would take 45 min to an hour to replace a blinker bulb and that i should come back in a few weeks when it was time for my next ser... view morevice. Then I went to Clippenger Dodge in West Covine and they did it in 9 minutes. So in conclusion, they were friendly when i was buying the car 6 months ago but not so much in the service area. sorry. P.S. The regular service at Clippenger was actually less expensive for the same Dodge service. Huh..go figure that out.

When I called to get a quote on a service need, the person that was on the line was absolutely RUDE, I will never return to Glendora Chrysler!
