This auto shop was amazing. Mr Spencer was extremely fast and efficient. I had to get my car towed to his shop and it got there at 4:30 pm and they were closing at 5pm so I figured that he wasn?ˆ™t going to touch it until the next day. I was completely wrong. He looked at my car, figured out the problem right away. He didn?ˆ™t have the right part so he drove to go get a similar part and he customized the part. He also st... view moreayed open an hour late so I could have my car that night and not have to try to find someone to give me a lift home. He was extremely nice and gave me the best price I could find in all of Chico. Also his waiting room is very comfortable. It has video games and movies for children plus free soda, coffee, hot cocoa, and water. It was the best experience I have had at an auto shop.
