When Joe says the car will be done - it is done at that time. Saved me money by testing rather than replacing.
However, found a part that needed replacement - I had previously paid another shop to replace the same part, but they did not; they simply charged me for replacement. Joe only charged me for the part not the larbor. He said that he wanted to improve the reputation of repair shops in general.. well, h... view moree made the first step.. well done.
