OWNER YELLED AT ME FOR HIS LACK OF KNOWLEDGE!!!

This was the WORST service I have ever received on my car! DO NOT trust these people with your car! I have gone into the shop multiple times since February to try and get the same problem on my car fixed. Time and time again it was missed diagnosed. 6 months and $500 later, my car is worse than before. The owner, Mike Considine, yelled at me on the phone instead of apologizing for his misdiagnosis. I am a graduate student and can`t afford every little thing that is wearing on my car. I had those things fixed because they told me that was the problem. It was not! It was the starter and that is what I had them check 6 months ago and they said that it was fine. I am sooooooooooooo dissatisfied with their care and customer service. After talking to other mechanics, I have been told not to trust these people with my car. I would not go to them with an oil change let alone something major with your car. Find someone you trust and I do not recommend this place!!!
