bad customer service bad product however after 4 tries they finally almost fixed my trany

Armen was rude and it took 4 visits to the shop and one tow that they had to pay for to finnally put a decent trany in. I felt they were not honest I think only after it cost them $$ It was somewhat fixed it still doesnt like to go onto reverse but i will take it somewhere else.
