I`ve taken my vehicle to Fairbanks Imports for over 3 years now and they have the best service and mechanics in town! They always call me for authorization before they do the work, and they always seem to find and fix the problem. I highly recommend them! A+++

Find someplace else

Unless you have NO other options do not get your vehicle, import or otherwise, serviced at Fairbanks Imports Service. IF you do go there make sure you have everything you request in writing ahead of service - all quotes for service, labor, parts, etc. I feel they were very dishonest in their service. I requested they research the fuses as my seat heater was not working and without my authorization performed se... view morervice that cost "$142.50." Yes, you read that correctly. They ended up removing the seat - which now does not go back as far as it should nor does it work properly, and charged me almost $40.00 more than their standard diagnostic rate for this "service." I tried to negotiate this with them but they would not budge so now my credit card company is handling this dispute. I`ve lived in Alaska a long time and this is very shameful behavior on the part of a business.
