I went there and found the service center people, the ones that just take vehicle information, to be very rude. I told one of the sales men and the next time I went in they were the nicest people in the world. great military discounts, and amazing customer service. I like a place that fixes something when you tell them about it.

service center

their service center is not set up well. the constomer service ladies at the desk are rude. its not what they say it is the way they say it. they don`t like their jobs and need to quit or get a perspective change, and realize they are here to serve the people. for this reason alone I would not buy from here because you`ll eventually have to deal with them.

BEST AUTO BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

I hate shopping for cars, But at Aurora it was easy. No hassels,no BS from the sales guys. They made the experience great. We told them what our needs were, and he showed us the trucks that fit our needs, without trying to sell me something different. They were very friendly and easy to deal with.
