The associates are very nice and helpful upfront, but if you require anything extra or need help they are down right rude. I was in the process of buying a car from them when they decided to go through another lender and changed my rates and payment to outrageous amounts. I explained that if they were not the same as on the contract i signed i am not binded to them and they were rude and disrespectful. I was happy to take my money somewhere else and have let everyone i know Not to waste their time or money there. Reminds me more of a circus than a business.

Don`t waste your time

I bought a chevy truck there in June of 2011, The price was good but the truck was not. They did not check the truck out at all. I had to buy a battery then I found out that it was the alternator. Now I find out after a oil change that the head gasket is probably blown. This truck is not worth what I paid for it. And Cabot Auto Plex is not worth the trouble.
