Does not stand up to their promises or advertisments

We bought a new RV at Affinity RV in Prescott. It has many problems and we have only put on 4300 miles. But now Affinity refuses to fix the problems. We bought locally so we would not have to travel far distance for repairs or service. Now our RV is not usable but Affinity will not stand by it`s promises of local service. What happened to customer service?

WORST SERVICE EVER !

DO NOT GET YOUR RIG REPAIRED HERE. WE HAVE HAD THEM WORK ON THE SAME PROBLEM 3 TIMES IN ONE YEAR. WE JUST GOT OUR RIG BACK THIS THIRD TIME AND IT STILL ISN`T FIXED !!! THE PARTS/SERVICE ARE ONLY WARRANTIED FOR 90 DAYS. WHEN WE ONLY USED THE REPAIRED PART ON ONE TRIP (2 WEEKS) AND THEN NOT AGAIN FOR 8 MONTHS THEY DIDN`T CARE THAT THEIR REPAIR DIDN`T WORK AND CHARGED US FULL PRICE TO DO THE SAME REPAIR AGAIN. THE SECON... view moreD TIME WE PICKUP UP OUR RIG AND IT WAS STILL BROKEN. THIS LAST TIME THEY USED UP OUR PROPANE AND EMPTIED BOTH FULL TANKS. THEY DIDN`T TELL US AND WE FOUND OUT WHEN WE TESTED THE REPAIR. WE TOLD THEM WE WANTED THE TANKS FILLED BACK UP AND THEY REFUESED. WE HAVE YET TO FULLY TEST THE REAPAIR THIS THIRD TIME - BUT SINCE THEY SAID THEY COULD`NT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WE ARE DOUBTFULL IT`S FIXED. GOOD THING WE PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD THAT HAS PURCHASE PROTECTION. WE TALKED WITH OTHERS AT THE LOCAL RV PARK THAT WE STAYED AT AND NO ONE HAD ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT AFFINITY AND TOLD US, "THEY ARE THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN - SO THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT".
