This is my Scion xB.. I love this car but I inherited an older car and I can pay off some bills if I sell my Scion. I am its only owner. It's a fun car to drive because of the 5 speed manual transmission. It is a very pretty shade of Burgandy with black interior. The pictures make it look like it is more of a gray interior but it is black. This car is smoke free and pet free. I had it detailed inside and out, of course it has rained and snowed on it since then but it still looks great. I have serviced it regulary through Toyota/Scions maintenance program. Most of the miles are highway miles and the gas mileage is about 26mpg. It does have a few dings on the exterior. The passenger side has some dings along the fender and the back rear bumper on the driver side has some scratches (I'm not sure how they got there). There is a small ding on the back bumper. It has a cd player, USB port to play your mp3 player, AM/FM, power steering and brake and power adjust for side mirrors. It also has cruise control and lots of space for shopping!!! Santa swaps his sleigh for a Ferrari-powered Toyota

A Ferrari-powered Toyota 86 is sure to garner a bit of attention, as well it should. We've been paying attention throughout this build, so it should be no surprise then that Santa did as well. He's ditched his red sleigh for the Gumout GT4586 in this video. If you've been following along, you know that Ryan Tuerck and Gumout built this completely bonkers machine that's far more exciting than some previous Japanese/Italian mash-up automobiles. Donut Media has been doing their part to document and promote every stage of the process. This new video is filled with the gratuitous amounts of lights, noise, and tire smoke that Donut is known for. We don't know the conversion from horsepower to reindeerpower, but the GT4586 should provide plenty of oomph for Santa's Christmas trek. Toyota GT86 convertible could debut in March

The dates are lining up, now we wait to see how the badges align. Just before the Toyota GT 86/Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ line-up was introduced at the Tokyo Motor Show last year, there was a report that Subaru was considering a convertible while Toyota wouldn't even comment on it. That got swapped around when earlier this year the chief engineer on Toyota's side said a convertible was coming, and then a Scion FR-S droptop was confirmed for early 2014.
Autocar now reports that the Toyota GT 86 convertible will make its first appearance at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March. In a car whose specs like weight, packaging, horsepower and center of gravity were all tightly controlled to get the most from the least, the changes necessitated by chopping the roof could make this a very different car. It's said to employ a fabric roof to keep a "small" weight gain check, and the suspension will be softened to work more harmoniously with the decreased body stiffness. And somewhere in all that the back seat and trunk space will need to take a hit.
In other news, Autocar says the hi-po GT 86 with some kind of capacitor system instead of batteries is being worked on for 2015.

Scion FR-S SCCA World Challenge racecar, ready for the track

Of all the many Scion FR-S models here on the SEMA floor in Las Vegas - and there are a great many of them, have no doubt - the very purpose-built car from Stout Racing is one that we may hear about again in the future.
The Stout Racing team will be campaigning the racy FR-S in the SCCA World Challenge series in the upcoming season, and is currently building some buzz on the Scion SEMA show stand. The car makes use of a supercharger that was jointly developed by Stout and TRD, as well as a front splitter, doors and rear wing - all by Vertex.
Driver Robert Stout will run the FR-S in the GTS class next year, with a debut slated for the Streets of St. Petersburg event, scheduled to go off in March of 2013.
