We are selling our beautiful Mercedes G63 as we are moving home and we no longer have a need for it.

We purchased the car new from Fresno Mercedes in Feb 2013 and have covered 4672 miles since we got it. The car is totally unmarked and has been used as a 2nd car for trips away. We've never used it in the rain or taken it to any supermarket car parks where it could get damaged. We have the car professionally cleaned every week and it was serviced last week at Santa Monica Mercedes.

The full spec of the car is on the window sticker which is attached but the main features are as follows;

650 Arctic white exterior
ZF3 Designo nappa leather - porcelain interior
ZG8 Designo champagne white trim
R11 20 inch black AMG five spoke wheels
V10 heated steering wheel

COMAND system with navigation
Bluetooth connectivity with audio streaming
iPod/MP3 media interface
Harmon/Kardon Logic 7 surround sound system
Heated and vented powered front seats
Heated rear seats
Privacy glass
Rear view camera
Parktronic
Distronic Plus

5.5 Liter V8 Biturbo engine
536 Horsepower
561 lb-ft Torque
7 Speed Automatic transmission
Eco start/stop transmission

The car has the balance of the 4 year/50,000 mile warranty and comes with the 24 hour roadside assistance program.

The current reserve is 135k but if someone comes close and makes it easy for me then I'm prepared to lower this price.

The car needs nothing doing to it at all, its perfect in every way. Of course, any inspection is welcome and if you are local to Los Angeles then you are welcome to come and see the car. We owe some money to Mercedes Benz Financial Services (approx 61k plus Tax) and so we will arrange with you directly to pay them this amount directly or if you come in person then we can go to the bank together to pay this into their account if thats preferable.

Many thanks for looking and any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe gets first video teaser

Thu, Aug 13 2015

With less than a week until its big reveal, Mercedes-AMG has kicked up its teasing of the two-door version of the C63 Sedan. This 16-second teaser shows off the sonorous sounds of the coupe's expected powerplant, a 4.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V8. The car is still camouflaged, although we're able to get a nice look at the two-door C-Class' form, which we must say is darn attractive. As previously reported, the C63 Coupe will almost certainly mirror its four-door counterpart in terms of mechanicals. So that 4.0-liter V8 should be offered in both 469- and 503-horsepower varieties, with grunt dispatched to the rear wheels via a seven-speed AMG Speedshift transmission. While output should be identical, it's a safe bet that the two-door C63 will trim some of the four-door's 3,900-plus-pound curb weight. That should, hopefully, improve upon the C63 S' already impressive 3.9-second sprint to 60. We'll have much, much more on the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe when it makes its grand debut on August 19. Until then, check out the video of the prototype being flung around the track and stay tuned for the official reveal of the non-AMG C-Class Coupe, slated for later today.

Chris Harris and David Coulthard wring out a Mercedes Fintail at the N"urburgring

Thu, 17 Oct 2013

If there's one thing we've learned from the latest video from Drive, it's that the combination of Chris Harris and David Coulthard will produce some very quotable moments. Take this exchange, for example.
DC: "We are by some way the slowest."
CH: "But we're in a class of three cars, apparently."

Race recap: 2015 British Grand Prix is a testament to timing

Mon, Jul 6 2015

In front of his home crowd, Lewis Hamilton actually had to work for pole position at the British Formula One Grand Prix. The World Champion couldn't get on top of the setup for his Mercedes-AMG Petronas on Friday, lapping behind teammate Nico Rosberg and the two Ferraris. Come Saturday, after a few alterations and a whole lot of wing to clamp down on understeer, Hamilton returned to his regular program at the front, taking pole position by just over a tenth of a second from his teammate. Williams, thought to be headed for another stretch in the weeds a few races ago, showed its best strength all year. The Grove team got both cars on the second row and in front of the Ferraris, Felipe Massa qualifying ahead of teammate Valtteri Bottas, but they were eight and nine tenths behind the Mercedes'. Kimi Raikkonen out-qualified Ferrari teammate Sebastian Vettel for the second time this year, and only the first time in a straight-up battle with two healthy cars. But more than a second behind the two cars at the front, and with two nearly-impossible-to-pass Williams' in front, neither the Finn nor the German is happy with where they are. Daniil Kvyat claimed seventh, his side of the garage at Infiniti Red Bull Racing having got through the weekend to that point without a single complaint about their Renault power unit. Carlos Sainz, Jr. put a single Toro Rosso inside the top ten in eighth position, ahead of Nico Hulkenberg who did the same for Sahara Force India by slotting in ninth. The second Infiniti Red Bull driven by Daniel Ricciardo did have an unspecified engine complaint – his car kept "bleeding power" on the straights – but even so he managed to qualify tenth with his second-fastest lap. The stewards deleted his best lap because he ran three centimeters outside the track limits at Copse, an infraction that stung a few other drivers as well. Up in front, what would sting the Mercedes-AMG Petronas drivers the most was the start. That's when a dearth of grip struck both Hamilton and Rosberg, allowing Massa and Bottas to slide right up the middle between them and take the first two places. The leapfrogging was so surprising that it looked like the Mercedes drivers were giving the Williams drivers a head start. They diced through the first corners, Hamilton sliding past Bottas into second place halfway through the lap. And then the safety car reported for duty.
