Factory Car Cover and Tool Kit: Owners Manual and Window Sticker
This practically new 2013 Granturismo Sport Coupe has the very rare option of a Alcantara Interior Pack with Contrast Stitching. Another rare option is the Polished Brake Calipers which offset the black exterior and 20" Neptune Grigio Mercury Wheels nicely. Clean Carfax, No Accidents, No Issues! The Black Metallic, 'WB Nero Canero' paint is perfect. The leather and alcantara interior with Trident stitched head restraints is immaculate. Wheels are in brand new condition and Pirelli tires have just over 3600 miles since new. The optional factory car cover, (Never removed from the plastic bag it's shipped in), factory tool kit, owners manual, window sticker, and two keys are included with the sale. The engine is a 4.7L V8 with 454 HP, (Up 21 HP over the 2012 model), matted to a 6 speed automatic gearbox with manual shift mode via steering wheel paddles. The automatic gearbox introduced in the 2012 model replaces the much maligned, single-clutch automated manual transmission. Being that it's an automatic gearbox means you'll never have to replace a clutch. The shifts are lightning quick, and on downshifts the computer rev-matches the engine speeds which sounds incredible. This car is very quick and built for someone who wants to stand out above the usual crowd. While driving you are king of the road. Other high end autos are nice, but when you drive past you make their cars seem pedestrian. The interior is very comfortable for longer drives, with a useable back seat. The materials used are top notch. The 11 speaker Bose surround sound system envelops you in sound. The Bose system includes Sirius satellite radio, MP3 player connection, single disk CD player, and a 30GB hard drive jukebox. The Satellite Navigation is simple to use, and so is the voice controlled Bluetooth system. On the road the car handles as a car of this caliber should, it accelerates without hesitation while pushing you back in the seat, the steering is quick and responsive while providing great feel, the 14.2" front and 13" rear brakes are fantastic and will bleed off speed while tracking straight and true. For all of the sportiness built into this car it is actually quite comfortable on the road. The Skyhook Electronic Suspension is compliant enough to absorb any normal road imperfections. Retail Price: $126,000 Prep & Delivery: $300.00 Factory Options: Alcantara Headlining $1,750.00 Alumin. Polished Brake Calipers $1,950.00 Car Cover $400.00 Carpet Piping $100.00 20" Neptune Grigio Mercury Wheels $800.00 Carbon Fiber Door Entry Guards $975.00 Steering Wheel Leather & Alcantara $680.00 Stitching for Seal/Alpa Areas $450.00 Trident Stitch Head Restraints $625.00 Stitching for Internal Areas $450.00 Destination Charges: $1,500.00 Sticker Price: $139,630.00 I bought this car as my new company car, but quickly realized I would be putting so many miles on her each year that I need to let her go and get something more normal as my daily driver. There is a bank lien through TD Bank on the car, but for some reason that wasn't one of the options when it asked for 'what type of title' on the car. Buyer is responsible for all transportation of the vehicle to their location. A $1,000 deposit is required within 48 hours of the cars sale. I will try not to use the car until it sells, but I may have to drive her on occasion so the miles could change slightly. The car will be posted for sale locally so I retain the right to end the auction early. Hurry and save $20,000 dollars over sticker for one month of ownership and 3,600 miles, plus you get a $2,500 full front-end, (Up to the windshield and the complete front fenders), clear bra for free. Any questions please call John at 443-386-6560

Maserati GranTurismo EV reappears in spy photos
Mon, Mar 14 2022Maserati made it clear that it was working on a new electric sports car last year, and that it would be a successor to the GranTurismo sports coupe. The car has reappeared in these spy photos, and they give us a better look at the car than the official teaser images. The camouflage also appears to feature an additional name. Let's first talk about the name. In addition to the regular Maserati name, the camouflage now has another word: "Folgore." Translated from Italian, it means "lightning" or "thunderbolt." Maserati brought up this name a couple years ago when it started talking about its future electric vehicles, and it first referenced an electric version of the MC20 mid-engine sports car. So this confirms this prototype is electric, and that it will probably be known as the GranTurismo Folgore. As for the looks, the Folgore actually looks a whole lot like the internal-combustion car it will replace. That's no bad thing, though, since the old coupe is still a looker. The front fascia has the most obvious changes with a grille that's more of a simple oval shape, still bearing a large Maserati trident. The headlights are more vertical now, which helps tie it to the MC20. Looking at the rest of the car, the proportions are still very classic with a long nose and short deck, despite not needing that front-end space for an engine. The fenders are still voluptuous, and the rear lights are similarly shaped to the old car, though much slimmer. We're expecting to see the GranTurismo Folgore revealed this year, which is slightly later than Maserati initially planned. The MC20 Folgore powertrain previewed a couple years ago featured three electric motors, one at the front and two at the rear, and it would likely be carried over to the GranTurismo. Power was estimated at more than the combustion MC20's 620 horsepower. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings.
Maserati video sheds a little light on mid-engined MC20 coupe
Tue, Sep 1 2020Maserati is preparing to unveil the MC20, its first new model since the Levante made its debut in 2016. It released a short video to whet our appetite before the mid-engined coupe makes its global debut on September 9. Posted on its official Twitter account, the five-second video does an excellent job of keeping the MC20's design under wraps, but it helps us decode what's lurking under the camouflage. It suggests Maserati stylists don't have a straight-edge in their arsenal of tools, because nearly every surface looks deliciously curved. We also get a quick glimpse at the vents chiseled into the hood, and at the air intakes positioned over the rear wheel wells. Out back, the coupe will feature louvers over the rear window, according to a different video posted on the company's Facebook page. We'd say it's safe to bet the cabin will receive the digital rear-view mirror that's slowly making its way across the Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) portfolio. Louvers have never stopped carmakers from hanging a conventional rear-view mirror above the front passengers, but the MC20's represent a golden opportunity for Maserati to flex its technology muscles. Whether they'll be standard or optional is up in the air. Although Maserati is trickle-feeding us clues, earlier spy shots taken near its headquarters in Modena give us a much better look at the MC20. Its proportions reveal its mid-engined layout, and even the camouflage can't hide the low-mounted oval grille with the firm's trident emblem. It's a styling cue that subtly links the MC20 to the firm's past models, like the race-winning Tipo 61 (also known as the Birdcage) built from 1959 to 1961. This content is hosted by a third party. Power for the MC20 will come from a 3.0-liter V6 engine developed in-house and twin-turbocharged to 630 horsepower and 538 pound-feet of torque. Called Nettuno internally, the 90-degree six-cylinder will have an 8,000-rpm redline, and it will spawn a track-only engine that will power Maserati's future race cars. Unconfirmed rumors claim the MC20 range will later grow to include a hybrid variant with at least 700 horsepower on tap, and a convertible. Maserati is investing significant resources into the development of electric powertrains, the next-generation GranTurismo will run exclusively on batteries, so we wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Maserati delivers an MC20 without exhaust pipes sooner or later.
