Georgia residents are responsible for state sales tax, title and license fees. Temporary registration will be provided. Out of state buyers will be provided with a 30 day drive-away tag. All transactions are subject to a $499.00 Document fee. This fee will be in addition to your sales price.

General Terms and Conditions

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due immediately at the end of auction via Paypal, Bank to Bank transfer or In person Cash. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.  We finance almost anything that we sell, but you must have preapproval before bidding on this item.. If you want pre-approval please call or email. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Please allow a minimum of seven days to receive title. There are no guarantees for time limit on title availability. Many vehicles have payoff balances and may take up to 30 days to release titles. If a title takes longer than 30 days, we will provide you with additional drive-away permits so that you may still legally operate your vehicle.
