2009 Lamborghini LP560-4, EVERY available option $260,000 Window Sticker! - Carbon Ceramic brakes, Navigation, Rear View (backup) camera, Bluetooth, Anti-Theft, Ad Personam Interior, Branding Package, Leather 2 package, Q-citura cross stitching, Power/heated seats, Travel pack, Verde Ithaca painted brake calipers, Glass engine bonnet, Tinted windows and side markers, FabSpeed exhaust, 28k miles, clear bra since it was new, and I've had the entire front clip redone about 2 years ago.

Never had an issue with the car except a bad window switch that was replaced by Lamborghini under warranty. Car has needed NOTHING. Oil and trans fluids changed at regular intervals (I have ALL of the receipts for work done). Always stored indoors in heated/air conditioned garage, never seen snow, may have been in the rain twice since I've owned it (I bought it over 4 years ago with ~3k on it).

I had all of the interior redone (it was black leather with black stitching, and leather 2 in black, so it was a bit boring) - So I had Alcantara added to the center of the seats with Verde stitching, Alcantara added to the door armrest with Verde stitching, and painted the center console and gauge surrounds in Verde Ithaca.

I've had this car for over 4 years - purchased it from the original owner with about 3-4k miles. The car has been absolutely perfect - It has needed nothing other than a widow switch (which was replaced by Lamborghini under warranty at about 14,000 miles) - At that time they did a clutch snap with showed that the clutch was only 15% worn, with 85% remaining.

It has had clear bra since the day it left the showroom floor, and I had the clear bra redone about a year and a half ago. I had the windows tinted, the calipers painted, and the interior redone during my ownership.

Car needs nothing. Get in and go. I still drive the car on occasion, so mileage will go up.

Located in the NY/NJ area; I can make myself available at any time for inspections, or test drives for serious buyers. Can help with financing as well.

Plenty of pictures available. I will load up some of my favorites here. Contact me at ANY time for more info.  No disappointments. It is not my first Lamborghini, and I've sold PLENTY of high value items on here. Willing to provide references if required.

I have all books, manuals, keys, paperwork, receipts, service records and window sticker (Original MSRP $260,000). Signed by Valentino Balboni himself (See pics)

Ferdinand Piech (1937-2019): The man who made VW global

Tue, Aug 27 2019

Towering among his peers, a giant of the auto industry died Sunday night in Rosenheim/Upper Bavaria, Germany. Ferdinand Piech, a grandson of Ferdinand Porsche, who conceived the original Volkswagen in the 1930s, was the most polarizing automotive executive of our times. And one who brought automotive technology further than anyone else. Ferdinand Porsche had a son, Ferdinand (called "Ferry"), and a daughter, Louise, who married the Viennese lawyer Anton Piech. They gave birth to Ferdinand Piech, and his proximity to two Alfa Romeo sports cars — Porsche had done some work for the Italians — and the "Berlin-Rome-Berlin" race car, developed by Porsche himself, gave birth to Piech's interest in cars. After his teachers in Salzburg told his mother he was "too stupid" to attend school there, Piech, who was open about his dyslexia, was sent to a boarding school in Switzerland. He subsequently moved on to Porsche, where he fixed issues with the 904 race car and did major work on the 911. But his greatest project was the Le Mans-winning 917 race car, developed at breathtaking financial cost. It annihilated the competition, but the family had had enough: Amid growing tension among the four cousins working at Porsche and Piech's uncle Ferry, the family decided to pull every family member, except for Ferry, out of their management positions. Piech started his own consultancy business, where he designed the famous five-cylinder diesel for Mercedes-Benz, but quickly moved on to Audi, first as an engineer and then as CEO, where he set out to transform the dull brand into a technology leader. Piech killed the Wankel engine and hammered out a number of ambitious and sophisticated technologies. Among them: The five-cylinder gasoline engine; Quattro all-wheel drive and Audi's fantastic rally successes; and turbocharging, developed with Fritz Indra, whom Piech recruited from Alpina. The Audi 100/200/5000 became the world's fastest production sedan, thanks to their superior aerodynamics. Piech also launched zinc-coated bodies for longevity — and gave diesel technology a decisive boost with the advent of the fast and ultra-efficient TDI engines. Less known: Piech also decided to put larger gas tanks into cars. Customers loved it. Piech's first-generation Audi V8 was met with derision by competitors; it was too obviously based on the 200/5000.

Lamborghini Urus prototype spied lapping the Nurburgring

Thu, Nov 2 2017

The Lamborghini Urus is coming on December 4, just days after the end of the 2017 Los Angeles Auto Show. The Italian automaker's first SUV has been in development for years, but things are finally coming to a climax. Crossovers are hot, so we wouldn't be surprised at all if the Urus becomes Lamborghini's best-selling model. As such it needs to look, sound and drive like a vehicle worth of the charging bull badge. Thanks to YouTube channel Stateside Super Cars, we have some new video of the new Lambo lapping the Nurburgring. The Urus will be powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 making 650 horsepower. This is likely to be a hopped-up version of Audi's 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. In fact, you can see a new Audi A8 with that engine lapping the 'Ring just behind the Urus prototype. The video gives us a small taste of the exhaust note, giving a deep low burble with a few cracks and pops on lift-off. The 'ute is still covered with a wrap, but you can make out the basic appearance. It doesn't look too far off the concept we saw a few years ago, with an aggressive roofline and a distinctly Lamborghini front fascia. Look for full details in just over a month. Related Video:

Watch this bright-orange Lamborghini Hurac?n shoot a commercial

Tue, 28 Jan 2014

As one of the most prestigious sports car makers on the planet, Lamborghini doesn't have much of a need for commercials - the German-owned, Italian brand's cars speak for themselves. It strikes as rather odd, then, that Lambo's new Huracán was spotted zipping around a downtown area with a full camera crew in tow.
Whatever Lamborghini is up to is rather irrelevant, because this video marks one of the very first occasions where we get to see and hear the Gallardo replacement in action. This is also the first appearance of an orange Huracán that we can recall - previous examples were yellow, grey or white - and it looks quite nice in one of Lamborghini's distinctive shades. That mid-mounted V10 offers up a filthy howl that echoes off the buildings, though the sight of the Huracán as it slices through a slalom made up of dumpsters might be the only thing that can trump that raucous engine note.
As you can see below, our trusty spies managed to get some snaps of the new, mid-engined Lambo from a number of new angles. Have a look at both the video and the pics by scrolling down.
