HORRIBLE

On April 25, 2012 My wife and I walked into VIP Honda on Route 22 in North Plainfied, NJ looking for a new or used car. I told the salesman (Roman) my budget and was honest about not sure what I can afford. I saw a used car that I liked at first with low mileage. I asked to take it for a test drive, he says ok, comes back and tells me its sold already. Ok, I find another car that I like, take it for a test drive ... view moreand like it. We go inside, I meet the manager Martin Kamanski and we speak about price. I was worried what my monthly payment would be and told him my final budget. He says I will get you at your budget (he ran my credit at this point, so he knew what my score was), then we have a deal? He then states ?ˆ?no matter what I have to do I will get you at the price you want to be?ˆ? I say yes, I shake hands with him. I try calling my insurance company trying to get insurance at night, etc., they are cleaning the car. I then go to finance to sign all the paperwork. While I am in finance, the guy (John) was half helping us, and helping others at the same time. He also picks up his cellphone and speaks to his wife (yes I heard the entire conversation) and tells us, it is late so we can finish this tomorrow and just give me a deposit. I give him my credit card for deposit, and was told that I would hear from them the next day. On April 26, I never received a phone call from them and I had to call them, where they said the price was going to be higher than what we spoke about. I then called Martin and tell him how, we shook on it and had a deal, and his response was ?ˆ?Well I shook your hand hello too?ˆ?. I tell him I want my deposit back immediately and I was told, he will try but he is off today. I have never been so deceived by a dealership. This dealership should be ashamed of how they conduct business.

awesome dealership

I`m so happy with vip Honda. No one else would work with my credit but they would. Thanks to them i have my first brand new car, a Civic coupe. If you go there, ask for Frank. He`s awesome and knows about every single Honda they sell. THANKS GUYS!!

They helped me when no one else would.

The deal I got at VIP Honda was phenomenal. Despite the fact that my credit is poor, they were able to get me a very low interest rate on a new Accord - something that I haven`t had in years. No dealer has ever been willing to work with me the way these people were. And while I`m at it, let me say that Janet was an excellent saleswoman. She knows her stuff and is a total sweetheart.
