You are looking at a one of a kind Mustang GT, this is no ordinary GT by any means. This is a true “Sleeper” car. This has been a very long project car slowly in the making.  Over the past 6 years this car has had about $100,000 invested  to turn it into what it is today. The car runs on 93 octane pump gas and this is a plus to anyone who knows. No race fuel required to get this kind of power.  I will do my best to list most of the items and provide you with the most detail that I possibly can. This car was built to be a “Bragging Rights” car; it has only seen the track a hand full of times. The last time the car was at the track it ran 140MPH at 10.7 seconds.  The gentleman that owns it is 65 and retired and just wanted a toy ,but got hooked and went to the extreme with this car. This car is barely driven and the motor and all the upgrades have less than 30,000 miles on it and even less on the built motor. All work was professionally done by Craven Performance who is local in St. Peters and motor work was done by Modular Mustang Racing based in California.

Here is a breakdown of just some of the goodies.

Motor - Ford V8 bored and stroked to 5.0L all forged components, ARP head studs. Stage 2 Comp Cams, high lift comp Valve Springs, Stage 2 Port and Polish, Manley rods and Pistons, Forged Crank MLS head gaskets .  All engine work was done by MMR (Modular Mustang Racing)

This motor was built to handle 1000HP - $25,000

Supercharger - ProCharger D-1SC with F-1 internals, with custom 3" pipping 22 1/2 pounds of boost, C&L intake manifold.

http://www.procharger.com/models.shtml   - $7000

Intercooler – Procharger – air to air cooled intercooler - $2000

Transmission – TR6060 Ford GT Racing 6-speed manual transmission, Mcleod twin disc clutch, upgraded 2nd Gear Carbon Fiber Blocker Ring Set, Shelby GT500 shifter; one piece drive shaft- $7500

Nitrous – NANO (Nitrogen Assisted Nitrous Oxide) NX Dual nozzle wet system with 100 shot with Max 4 Nitrous Controller and Purge Valve - $4000

Alcohol – Painless Alcohol with dual nozzle Alky Control Meth System - $3000

Injectors – ID1000cc’s and MMR Billet Fuel Rails - $2000

Suspension – (BMR Drag Suspension) Tubular K-Member weight distribution custom kit and Extreme Anti-Roll Bar Kit, Shelby GT500 Double Adjustable Shock/coilovers. - $6000

Fuel System – completely custom Returnless Fuel System by Fuel Lab  http://fuelab.com/  - $3000

Headers – MMR Long Tube Headers - $1000

Exhaust – Full Magna Flow Exhaust - $2000

Paint – Matte Flat Black - $4000

Hood – 3” Cowl Induction Hood - $1500

Wheels & Tires – 18” 5 spoke black powder coated wheels / Rear: 345/35R18 with brand new Mickey Thompson Street Radials / Front: 275/40R18 with new Nitto NT555 - $2500

Gauges – 3 AEM – Air/Fuel & Boost & Oil - $2000

This is the major items that have been done to the car, I cannot list every small thing and gasket that has been replaced and/or upgraded, there is just too much to list. But this will give you an idea of how much has been put into this car. There is virtually nothing left that is stock on the engine, tranmission, suspension and so on. About the only thing that is left stock is the interior, nothing too major there except gauges and purge button.

There is an appraisal on the car and has a Fair Market Value of $55,000. Per the appraisal most everything has been rated a "2" which is right below "1/ Excellent" as almost a pure show car. It cannot be labeled a pure show car because it is driven and was meant to be driven.

I have more pictures of it if you would like to see more feel free to ask.

Lamborghini Urus gets the green light for production [UPDATE]

Wed, May 27 2015

UPDATE: We've gotten the official press release from Lamborghini, which you can read below. In it, company president Stephan Winkelmann does say that the new vehicle will be built in Sant'Agata Bolognese in a move to demonstrate "our commitment to safeguarding the values of 'Made in Italy' worldwide." It's been a long time coming, but the official word has finally come down: Lamborghini is going to build the Urus. The Italian automaker first gave us a sneak peak at the crossover concept in New York, before revealing the Urus in concept form at the Beijing Motor Show back in 2012. And we had a chance to catch up with it again in Monterey that summer. That's a lot of buildup. Ever since, Lambo has been toying with putting it into production as its third model line, alongside the existing Huracan and Aventador two-door supercars. All it's been waiting for is the go-ahead from parent Volkswagen, which it has now received. Autoblog received confirmation from a spokesman at Lamborghini of the Urus' production approval, with official details to be announced within the next few hours. Word has it that the high-riding Raging Bull will hit showrooms in 2018, but watch this space for more details as we find them. The Urus (or whatever it's ultimately called) will join a burgeoning market for high-end crossovers, alongside the likes of the Bentley Bentayga, Jaguar F-Pace, Aston Martin DBX and Maserati Levante. Unlike those forays, however, Lamborghini's will not be its first SUV. That honor will forever belong to the LM002, nicknamed the "Rambo Lambo" that came out just before the original Hummer and was powered by the Countach's V12 engine. Just what will power Sant'Agata's new crossover remains to be seen. However the signs have been pointing towards it at least being offered with the company's first hybrid powertrain, as previewed in the Asterion concept from Paris. With substantial incentives being offered by the Italian government, it is expected to be built in Italy – or at least assembled there. Much of the production work is likely to be carried out in Slovakia where the Audi Q7, Volkswagen Touareg and Porsche Cayenne (with which the Urus is destined to share its underpinnings) are made. Scroll down to read the official announcement.

Is Lamborghini readying a hybrid for Paris?

Fri, 19 Sep 2014

Lamborghini had us seriously stumped when it released its teaser (above) for a new vehicle that'll debut at the upcoming Paris Motor Show. The image seemed to depict a fastback GT somewhat reminiscent of Lambo's earlier 2+2 models like the Espada, and was accompanied by the sentence, "Once perfection is achieved, you can just double it." We're still not entirely sure what the means, but a possible leaked logo for the car might offer some big hints about its powertrain.
According to the Office of Harmonization in the Internal Market in Europe, Lamborghini applied for a trademark on the name Asterion on September 15 to cover vehicles, clothing, toys and video games. The logo (right) included a lightning bolt slashing through the 'O' in the word. That could suggest this forthcoming vehicle is a hybrid, but it's also not clear whether we're going to be hearing about a pure concept, or a production model.
The name itself might also be a tell. Asterion is one of the names for the Minotaur in Greek mythology, which is a creature that is part bull and part man. This could be another indication that the concept combines the traditional Lamborghini style with something else.

2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder First Drive Review | Cheating the wind

Thu, Jul 26 2018

NAPA, Calif. — A long, fast, right-hand sweeper appears a few hundred feet ahead, but I don't tap the brakes. Instead I decide to trust the aerodynamics. And when the Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder slices through corner after corner with zero drama, the smile that naturally occurs when driving something so potent gets incrementally more maniacal. From behind the wheel, the driver can't see what's happening with the front splitter and rear wing. All the action takes place underneath the wedge-shaped bodywork. Electric actuators open and close air pathways that either push the Performante Spyder into the ground for the best possible cornering performance, or cancel out that drag-inducing downforce so that the car can accelerate as quickly as possible and hit a higher maximum speed. I have good reason to put faith in Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva, which I'll henceforth and mercifully shorten to its initials ALA Β— a system we've already experienced on our first and second drives of the Performante Coupe. I'd been given the full rundown on the bits and pieces of forged composite that make it all work, the most impressive of which allow aero vectoring from the wing to apply downforce only to the rear tire that needs it most. But it wasn't until I was behind the wheel on a particularly twisty ribbon of asphalt outside of Napa, California, that I was able to put ALA to the test. I progressively took corners faster, building up speed and pushing myself harder into the grippy bolsters of the Alcantara seat. The Performante Spyder stayed as flat as the plains of Kansas, and never gave one hint of breaking traction from the front or the rear. Straight-line acceleration is just as impressive. Yes, at 3.1 seconds, the Spyder is .2 seconds slower to 62 miles per hour than the Performante Coupe. Unless you're racing for pink slips, that's imperceptible and meaningless in the real world. Keep the throttle pinned and you'll hit a top speed of 202 mph, which matches that of the Coupe. What those numbers don't tell you, though, is how it actually feels to lunge forward with all-wheel-drive traction from a dead stop and sense no slowdown in the rate of acceleration until you're too scared to keep your foot planted any longer. I suggest keeping your head pressed firmly against its rest before trying for yourself. The naturally aspirated V10 engine sitting directly behind the passenger compartment spins out 640 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque.
