1983 SCRAMBLER CJ8 THIS SCRAMBLER CAME FROM AZ IN 2005 WITH ZERO/NO RUST. THE TRUCK RUNS AND DRIVES OUT GREAT WITH FACTORY/OEM LAREDO CHROME WHEELS/CAPS AND NEW GOODYEAR'S. THE FACTORY A/C WORKS AND BLOWS COLD.THE FACTORY CLOCK AND TACH BOTH WORK. I HAD THE SPEEDO REPLACED WHEN I GOT IT BECAUSE IT AND THE FUEL GUAGE DID NOT WORK. AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE PICTURE IT IS NOT WORKING NOW. I DO NOT KNOW THE TRUE MILEAGE. I KNOW THE 80,672 IS NOT THE ORIGINAL MILEAGE. THE FRONT SEATS HAVE BEEN REDONE THE REAR IS ORIGINAL. THERE IS A CRACK IN THE DRIVERS DOOR BELOW THE WING VENT. THE INTERIOR IS IN OVERALL GREAT SHAPE. THE TRUCK HAD A REPAINT DONE ON THE EXTERIOR BEFORE I GOT IT AND IS IN GREAT SHAPE. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL HALF TOP AND A NEW NEVER INSTALLED FULL SOFT WITH A SET OF ORIGINAL SOFT DOORS AND A FULL HARD TOP I ALSO HAVE THE ORIGINAL JEEP TUNEU COVER WITH THE BOWS FOR IT. THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW IN THE FULL HARD TOP HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH PLEXIE GLASS. THE SOFT TOP IS FROM STC OUT OF DENVER AND WAS TAKEN OUT OF BOX FOR THE PICTURE. THE ORIGINAL WHEELS THAT CAME ON IT. UNDER THE HOOD IS ORIGINAL AND CLEAN WTIH ALL THE TOOLS THAT CAME WITH IT. I HAVE A FACTORY JEEP MAINTENANCE MANUAL. I HAVE A BOX OF RECEIPTS FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER WHERE HE REDONE ALOT OF STUFF. We live in a weird world where high-performance SUVs could win a 60-mile-per-hour sprint against sports cars from just a few years ago. Here, Top Gear sets up a three-way drag race against the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S, Land Rover Range Rover Sport SVR, and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, and the results show just how quickly these high-riding models can cross the quarter mile. The Cherokee SRT is the patriotic choice among the three, but it's down on power in this fight. Meanwhile, the Range Rover's menacing growl sounds the best, and the Cayenne Turbo S has the most horsepower. You'll have to watch the video to see which SUV will win this battle. Related Video:

Winter storm got you down? Try snowboarding through Manhattan

Two filmmakers decided to make the best of this weekend's historic snowstorm by turning New York City into a winter sports enthusiast's wonderland. Popular YouTube based filmmakers Casey Neistat and Jesse Wellens uploaded this video of Neistat snowboarding through the empty streets of Manhattan yesterday. While officials were warning motorists to avoid driving in the blizzard, Neistat and his buddy were being pulled by a Jeep Wrangler through Times Square. It goes without saying that this stunt is suicidally dangerous. There are several moments in the video where Neistat gets pretty close to wiping out on the back of parked, snow covered cars or on the cornerstones of buildings. All to the soundtrack of Frank Sinatra's New York, New York, no less. The police do make a cameo, but NY's finest admit to merely wanting to watch the escapades. "Someone complained about you, so we're going to act like we're talking to you," the unnamed officer can be heard saying on video. The original video has since gone viral, and currently stands at over 6.2 million views in just 24 hours. Despite the virality of their tricks, please do not attempt this in your own snowbound metropolis.

Jeep Wrangler Dragon Edition coming to North America

If 2012 was the year of the dragon in China, perhaps the US can claim 2014. After showing the Jeep Wrangler Dragon Design Concept at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show, and apparently receiving "tremendously positive feedback" from Jeep enthusiasts across the globe, the automaker has decided to introduce a production version that will hit US showrooms this fall with a price of $36,095.
"The dragon symbolizes strength and power and is an aspirational character normally associated with royalty and good fortune," says Jeep, and that apparently equates to a blacked-out Wrangler Unlimited with bronze satin gloss highlights inside and out, along with big dragon decals that start on the hood and run down the fenders. There are 18-inch matte black wheels with a bronze outer edges, and a dragon-emblazoned spare tire cover completes the look.

In related news, all 2014 Jeep Wrangler models get an optional Trail Kit and clear park lamps to replace the previous amber units. New colors include Amp'd, Anvil, Copperhead, Flame Red, Granite Crystal and Hydro Blue (Freedom edition only), which join carryover colors Billet Silver, Bright White, Black and Dune.
