You are bidding on a great rust free  southern Jeep that has had a lot of money invested over the last 2 years. This jeep started out as a 258 6 cyl jeep, and has been through a serious transformation lately. The jeep was built to be strong, dependable, and simple. The factory original paint still remains on the Jeep, and has faded and gotten thin and  in a lot of spots but it still looks good and tough. Here is a list of the build.

      New 350/300HP  GM crate motor

     NV4500 5 spd manual Transmission

Dana 300 Twin Stick Transfer Case

     373 Gears Rear

     Edelbrock High Rise Aluminum Intake

     Edelbrock 4 barrell Carb

MSD Electronic Ignition , Distributor,  etc...

    Headman Ceramic coated Headers

Champion 4 Core Aluminum Radiator  with Twin Flex Electric Fans

New Clutch, Pressure Plate, and Throw Out bearing.

Complete new Auto Meter Gauges All throughout the Jeep

    Nice Aluminum Accent Plating Throughout

Double Tube Bumpers Front and Rear

Skyjacker Suspension lift and Curie Shackles

Mickey Thomsom 17's on Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's like new

     Corbeau Reclining Racing Seats

     Toughy Locking Center Console

     Custom Side Steps

    Hard Top and Doors

I am sure I am leaving some things out,  but that is the most of it. I do have a hard top and doors off of another Jeep, but the  doors do not match in color. They are black, but do serve the purpose. There are only a few things that need to be done for the Jeep to be 100% correct. A couple of the gauges aren't  hooked up  and the front end needs 373 gears installed before putting it in 4wd. I literally just put the Twin Sticks in this past weekend. This Jeep has never been used for offroad purposes. This Jeep is a blast to drive, It handles great, and will absolutely fly!! It does have power steering and Disc Brakes!! This would make a good daily driver or weekend warrior. Please Call if you have any questions or concerns 662-721-5009

Jeep previews Easter Jeep Safari concepts, and one is called Jeepster

Thu, Mar 15 2018

Easter is coming up, which is a big deal for both Christians and Jeep fans. The latter of which are excited because the annual Easter Jeep Safari off-road event in Moab is coming, along with Jeep's wild concepts it builds for the event each year. We're getting an sneak peek at two of those Jeeps early, thanks to illustrations the company revealed. The first of them is very obviously a two-door 2018 Wrangler, but with some small changes, and the inspiration is obvious when spotting the badge on the front fender: "Jeepster." This concept pulls from the old Jeepster Commando from the '60s and '70s, a slightly longer Jeep that was a bit more civilized and had an available hardtop that had a distinct slant at the back. The slanted rear roof is very clear on this Wrangler's hardtop, and it has the contrasting color that its inspiration had, too. This Wrangler Jeepster is more off-road ready, though, with big chunky tires, a full-size spare moved inside, and gas cans mounted to the rear cargo door. It's more difficult to tell what sets apart the second Jeep Safari concept. It's obviously based on the 2018 Wrangler. The front fenders have been severely cut down and the front bumper removed to make room for what appear to be enormous tires and lots of suspension travel. It also bears a big hood scoop, maybe indicating a more powerful engine underneath. It also has full front doors, but the rear top has either been removed or lowered. We'll have more details on these and other Jeep Safari concepts in the next couple of weeks around the time of the event. So stay tuned for more wild Jeep news. Jeep readying 2018 and 2019 Wrangler recall for bad frame welds

Sat, Oct 6 2018

According to documents posted to the JL Wrangler Forums, Jeep is readying a recall for an unknown number of 2018 and 2019 model-year Wrangler SUVs. The issue revolves around the track bar mount, which on some vehicles is shearing off where it is welded to the frame. Since some affected vehicles may be unsold on dealer lots, the automaker has issued a corresponding stop sale. A Jeep spokesperson confirmed to CNET that there have been no reported accidents related to the issue, and Jalopnik reports that Jeep will inspect roughly 18,000 vehicles for the defect, though it believes only around 720 will be affected. As of the time this story was published, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration had not yet posted this recall to its website. There have been a total of five recalls for the 2018 Jeep Wrangler, including one for a steering shaft that could separate due to improper welding. One 2018 Jeep Wrangler owner in North Carolina posted a video to YouTube, seen above, showing track bar mounts that have completely sheared away from the vehicle's frame. These broken welds may cause severe steering degradation and "can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning," according to a dealer notice that was posted to the JL Wrangler Forum. That owner has said Jeep is replacing his Wrangler, but it's not clear if other vehicles are being replaced or repaired. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. NHTSA still mulling crash tests for recalled Jeeps

Thu, 15 Aug 2013

Well, no one should ever accuse the government of not giving things plenty of thought. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is still debating whether it will retest any of the 1.56 million 1992 to 1998 Grand Cherokees and 2002 to 2007 Libertys that were part of a recall regarding fires after rear-end collisions. And yes, this debate has been going on for over a month. In other news...
The recall dustup started in early June, when Chrysler took the unusual position of refusing a recall request from NHTSA regarding placement of the fuel tank on the effected vehicles. NHTSA said a collision could cause a fire, a position Chrysler took issue with. Extensive negotiations ensued, with Chrysler agreeing to fit certain Jeeps with trailer hitches, which it said would provide some protection to fuel tanks mounted behind the rear axle in the event of a collision.
Part of the issue rests with the amount of data that needs to be processed, according to The Detroit News. NHTSA administrator David Strickland said during a Washington Auto Press Association meeting, "There's a lot of data and Chrysler is being very cooperative in giving us more data." Until that information has been sorted, it looks like re-testing will still be up for debate.
