This G 35 is a Florida driven, Florida maintained vehicle and has never been exposed to the harsh winters, roads, mountains, or overall harsh conditions of up north driving.
Vehicle Overview While the G coupe has been reinvented for 2008 as the G37, the sedan remains the G35, having been redesigned for 2007. This G35 comes in base trim level. Changes for 2008 are relatively minor and include an Apple iPod connection, standard XM Satellite Radio (excluding service) and content changes in the Technology and Navigation package options.
Exterior The best-selling Infiniti model resembles the successful M35/45 midsize sedan, with shapes that are more angular, less organic. A character line runs from the front wheel arch and along the door handles and drapes over the rear wheel arch. A trunklid spoiler is included on this G35.
The G35 comes with 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels.
Interior This G35 now boasts an improved design and higher-quality materials than the original generation, but it's still not quite as rich as the M35's interior. Infiniti wisely gave up on the fake stuff and went with real, textured-aluminum trim. The power front-seat controls are in the conventional location on the seat cushion close to the door, replacing the inboard, upward-facing toggle switches that attracted dust and debris. The G does away with the old ignition and uses an Intelligent Key transmitter fob and dashboard-mounted start button.
Under the Hood This 3.5-liter V-6 engine cranks out roughly 300 horsepower in all models, revving as high as 7,500 rpm. This G35 V6 pairs with the five-speed automatic with a manual mode and magnesium steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
Safety This G35 scores Good, the highest rating, in Insurance Institute for Highway Safety frontal crash tests. It hasn't yet been tested for side impact.
Safety features include dual-stage front airbags, side-impact airbags for both front seats, and side curtain airbags that cover the front and rear side windows in a side impact. The front seats feature active head restraints.
Standard features that help avoid collisions include antilock brakes with electronic brake-force distribution and brake assist, an electronic stability system and a tire pressure monitoring system.

Infiniti boss Johan de Nysschen "insists" the car be put into production. Over the past few years, rumors have swirled about an Infiniti-badged, four-door version of the Nissan GT-R. Makes sense to us - Infiniti could certainly use a performance halo, and the seemingly forgotten IPL initiative hasn't exactly bore any interesting fruit. Enter the Q50 Eau Rouge, which recently debuted for a second time at the Geneva Motor Show packed with the 3.8-liter, twin-turbocharged heart of Godzilla itself.
Nissan will be recalling over 151,000 vehicles due to issues with the anti-lock braking systems. On rough roads, light braking in the Nissan Pathfinder, Infiniti JX35 and QX60 could trigger a problem in the brake pressure output software that might lead to longer stopping distances than expected relative to the brake inputs. Needless to say, unpredictable stopping distances on rough roads is not a desirable trait in a three-row, family friendly CUV. The recall covers all 2013 and 2014 Nissan Pathfinders built between April 18, 2012 and September 20, 2013, some 100,682 vehicles. Another 52,629 2013 to 2014 Infiniti JX35/QX60s built between September 15, 2011 and September 20, 2013 are also part of the notice. Nissan will request that owners of affected vehicles report to dealers for a free software update to address the problem. We've been hearing a lot about Nissan's ProPilot technology lately. ProPilot Assist is coming to the U.S. in the Rogue, as well as the Leaf EV. For this generation, the system allows for Level 2 autonomous driving, which is essentially adaptive cruise control paired with a lane-keeping function. Later, Nissan will add ProPilot Park, which allows the car to park itself. The next generation of ProPilot, though, allows for Level 4 fully autonomous driving, even on urban streets, beginning in 2020. Nissan has announced that it has already tested it on public roads during a demonstration in Tokyo. The prototype test vehicle is an Infiniti Q50. It's fitted with 12 cameras, 12 sonar sensors, nine millimeter-wave radar sensors, six laser scanners and high-definition mapping, all run through artificial intelligence. With this combination of hardware and software, the Q50 prototype can navigate across town or on the highway, automating the entire driving duties from the moment the passenger selects a destination until their arrival. It can tackle busy intersections and respond to obstacles in the road, providing what Nissan claims is a "human-like driving feel that gives passengers peace of mind."
