Up for Absolute Auction is our 1997, H1 HUM V, this vehicle is equipped with the most powerful 6.5 Turbo Diesel offered. It has been completely serviced including synthetic oil. New Brakes and Rotors. Runs great and can be driven anywhere, the body has our Logo and Lettering on it, but can be removed upon request. It has a 3" body lift and has been refitted with 47" tires and polished alloys 22 1/2" Including semi rims. (They do rub a little on tight turns)Looks awesome. I do have the original tires and wheels that can go with the sale. The interior has been completely redone, 6 months ago, including; black high back sport custom seats. The center console has been custom fitted with 2 powerful amps and sub woofers, mid range and tweeters in the rear, weather resistant loud speakers all of which can be removed without damage. Vehicle has been used in parades, benefits and shows. We have over $30,000 in custom work on this awesome H1. I am selling it with NO RESERVE. The winning bidder must contact the seller (Lantern Motors, Inc.) within 24 hours of winning this bid to start transaction and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax or email.

The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500 non-refundable deposit required via PayPal to start transaction.  Then, the buyer has 3 days from the receipt of the deposit to do his/her inspections and due diligence. After the 7 days following the closing day of the auction, if the buyer has not completed his/her inspections and due diligence, it will be understood that the vehicle will be taken as an "As Is" without the inspection by the buyer. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis.

All Ebay deals must be consummated within 7 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.

Illinois residents must add sales tax, and titling fees.

 $299.00 doc. fee added to all deals, out of state purchasers are required to pay applicable taxes and titling fees in their home state. Title Information:

 Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Titles may be held up to 10 days if payment is made via cashier’s check or 3rd party loan check or draft.

Shipping & Delivery: 

 All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Lantern Motors, Inc. will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $1,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom.  We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Lantern Motors, Inc.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Additional Requirements:

 At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to seller.

If seller cancels the transaction due to buyer being unreasonable or abusive seller will refund any deposit or payment made by buyer but no other costs incurred by buyer of any kind. Titles and ownership's - Title delivery can take up to 30 days from the date of final payment. Final payment date is the date that the funds clear our bank.
