1991 Honda CR-X SIR RHD, true JDM GEM 90,608 Kilometers ADS/LSD GLASS TOP MUGEN MR5 with brand new Tires (just spent over 500.00 in Tires)

This car has been preserved under constant surveillance and kept in a humidity controlled storage unit since brought from CANADA, I worked at Honda and I am a fellow CRX enthusiast crazy and CRXholic and eat drink and dream CRX so this is my HOLY grail for sale!!! get it before I start to regret it as I did with many MUGEN part I have sold over the past Few months. this car has been maintained with only HONDA parts, however just the tune-up maintenance has been done since the car had only 90000 kilometers when brought from CANADA that's only 58000 miles this car is a TRUE JDM gem and a FIND of the AGES you will not see another CRX SIR full equipped from FACTORY even with the LIGTH UP Honda emblem in the BACK!! this baby lights up indiglow green and it looks sick.. I could of taken it and sell separatedly but I refuse to mess with the integrity of this car and disrespect her. this is perfect car for Dealers looking to brighten their show rooms for collectors that want to be the DA MAN on CRX meets! as away.. she is dusty as I have been paying attention to the engine and I have taken some of the plastic components to clean them, car was also treated under the carriage for rust twice, so this car I can truly say that is RUST FREE!! thanks.. anyhow you can inspect it your self by appointment only and I will require a copy of your ID before letting you see the car..

*B16A DOCH VTEC first Generation engine (best HONDA engine pre 2001 era) (((not Original mugen VALVE cover just added so I can restore the original VALVE cover .. this will be included on the sale maybe I finish it maybe not.. however the Valve cover Gasket is OEM HONDA and HONDABONDED so it can stay there until you decide to change it.. it kinda looks cool but just the fact that I know is a fake one bugs me.. what do you think>

Honda, Hyundai and Kia get best word-of-mouth recommendations in US

Mon, 09 Dec 2013

Forget advertising, incentives and, yes, even our excellently crafted vehicle reviews, sometimes the best way for automakers to sell cars is still good ol' fashioned word of mouth. In an attempt to measure this "word of mouth" power, The Boston Consulting Group, a management consulting firm, has created a new study called the Brand Advocacy Index (BAI). The index takes a look at how various industries perform from person to person. Those industries include automotive, smartphones, grocery, mobile telecommunications and banking.
The study polled more than 32,000 individuals across Europe and in the US to come up with the top 55 brands in these various industries. On the automotive side of things, the top brands in the US were Honda, Hyundai and Kia, all tied at 63 percent. On a global scale, Volkswagen and Toyota scored the highest with a 65-percent BAI rating (both in France). The average BAI for auto industry players tallied 50 percent.
As for companies in other industries, Apple's iPhone was the index's top-rated smartphone, Trader Joe's was the highest recommended grocery store, Virgin was sat atop the mobile telecom industry and USAA was the top retail bank. Scroll down for the full press release on the new study.

2023 Japan Mobility Show Mega Photo Gallery: All the highlights and reveals from Tokyo

Fri, Oct 27 2023

The 2023 Japan Mobility Show managed to serve up a surprise heap of exciting and futuristic designs and production reveals. Our staff was on the ground in Tokyo for this year's show, where we captured not just all of the latest automotive trends, but some genuinely weird and fascinating stuff.  Browse: Some Delightful Oddities of the 2023 Japan Mobility Show But on to the cars. This year's show featured introductions from Daihatsu, Honda, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki and Toyota. Some are weird; some are wild; most are probably destined to change significantly before production or merely fade into the void with the rest of the industry's vaporware, but if even a few of these make it to showrooms, we'll consider it a win. Scroll on down for our live galleries of each of the show's major debuts (and cars we're only now seeing in person for the first time). Honda S660 Kei car makes you want to jump in and drive

Tue, Mar 31 2015

We want the Honda S660. In fact, after seeing the freshly debuted production model, it's fair to say the kei roadster has already leapt to the very tip-top of our forbidden fruit list. Considering our newfound love for the tiny two-seater, you, dear reader, are going to have to put up with a lot of S660 content in the coming weeks. First up, we have what's called nori-setsu, or "riding instructions." Honda recruited a pair of gymnasts, who use their talents to slide, creatively, into a mockup of the S660. While the acrobats make it look easy, we imagine the amount of space in the S660 makes slotting into the driver's seat off a pommel horse is somewhat dangerous, hence the padding and mocked-up roadster. Fortunately, when an actual S660 is brought out to play, the gymnast finds a more conventional means of getting behind the wheel. Check out the video.
