There is way to much to list here so i will probably miss a few things.. first off, its a 1992 honda civic sedan ex, 5 speed, non smoker, always garage kept, i did all the work myself, the car mainly just sits in the garage i get it out every once and a while. i take it to shows. won a few first place trophies. the car is pretty quick. 12 second quarter mile, that being said i don't really beat on the car much took it the the track 2 times in the past 10 years. other than that i will say i get on it here and there but never really beat on it if that makes sense. it is in really great shape as you can see from the photos. there are a few things that need done to perfect it i will list those below.. those from mainly just sitting like brakes need bled etc.. anyway here is a list of things i can remember off hand.. jdm b18c gsr motor jdm gsr 5 speed tranny type r pistons turbonetics t3/t4 turbo kit thick inner cooler clampco clamps clutch masters stage 3 clutch msd ignition msd coil walbro 255 fuel pump nology wires ngk plugs 7.5lbs flywheel newer shift linkage newer axles brand new rota gt3 wheels and bf goodrich kdw tires. (they have 30 miles on them) skunk2 pro series coilover suspension espelir exhaust skunk 2 test pipe mugen/type r lip kit newer oem seats glow light gauges oil presser, air fuel, boost custom gauge pod jdm headlights jdm corners jdm taillights jdm truck lid jdm front bumper brand new revo lug nuts pioneer speakers factory moonroof mugen strut bars front and rear msd distributer cap new upper aarms newer tie rods inner and outer short shifter type r knob maybe some other things I'm missing here. but the car runs fine no issues at all, drives great, and rides good with the skunk 2 suspension, i only use royal purple oil, the ac has been removed, cruise control has been removed, and the power steering has been removed. but has been looped so it doesn't go bad. no engine codes, turbo spools with a lot of power and doesn't stop pulling until you let off the gas.. lol.. oh and i have new wipers since the photos now lets get to the bad.. the front windshield has a crack in it that goes across most the way, car was never in a wreck of any kind. i broke the welds on the manifold and it needs re welded or a better manifold, car is drivable just leaks exhaust the ebrake cable broke and to lazy to fix it and last the brakes need bleed since i never drive it it mainly sittings in the garage. and thats about all i can thing of thats bad you are welcome to come check it out. i will knock off $2000 if you don't want the wheels/tires/lugs I'm up for options. sell the whole car.. or rolling chassis, sell just the motor. give me a good price to split it up and i might do it. reason for selling.. I've had this car for many years building it and showing it.. and now i started a new project and could use the money. So if you looking for a show car or daily driver or a race car.. here is the all in one i may be up for trades.. but only looking for a few things. land rover roughly 2003, hummer h2 or h3, mini cooper s, austin mini cooper, diesel ford truck 2001 and up maybe a utv, or a toro dingo and maybe something else... no low ball offers.. I'm looking for something worth the same amount as I'm asking. any question shoot me and email.. thanks |

Automakers donating money, vehicles and supplies to Oklahoma tornado relief effort
Fri, 24 May 2013Judging by the destruction the Oklahoma City area experienced earlier this week, residents are going to need a lot of help in coming months. Fortunately, a number of automakers - including General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Volkswagen, Honda and Toyota - have stepped up to donate money, supplies and vehicles to aid in the recovery and rebuilding processes.
Here's a quick rundown of which automakers have pitched in and what each contributed so far:
Ford Motor Company has donating $250,000 and a Transit Connect to the American Red Cross, and it will match all other donations made to the Red Cross (up to $250,000) using a special URL tied to the latter's website (link here). Additionally, its local Oklahoma dealers have thrown in an extra $150,000 for the United Way and the automaker will be offering an extra $500 toward the purchase of a new Ford vehicle.

Honda is first Japanese carmaker to be a net-exporter from US
Wed, 29 Jan 2014Over the last decade or so, many foreign automakers have challenged the idea of what defines an "American car," but Honda took things a step further last year by exporting more cars out of the US than it imported in. Reuters is reporting that in 2013, a total of 108,705 Honda and Acura models were exported from the US with only 88,357 being shipped in. This gives Honda a net exporter status here, and makes it the first of such among the major Japanese automakers.
Honda's US imports have been dropping over the last five years while its exports have been steadily increasing. In 2008, the report indicates that Honda shipped 187,000 vehicles to the US and exported only 20,000, and even by 2012 Honda still favored imports with 136,000 imports and 74,000 exports. The article says that US-made Honda and Acura vehicles were exported to 50 countries with most ending up in Mexico, but the big news is that the Honda's US production set a record in 2013 with 1.3 million units built.
