I reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback and or bid retractions. I do this for one reason, to avoid bidders who do not ever plan on completing and paying for their bids. Winning the bid does not mean you can decide later to change your mind, it means you are the new owner and as such you are expected to pay as agreed for your purchase.

 Out of respect for all bidders, I will not disclose the reserve price, if any. I do accept “Buy it now “ offers, so bid early and often. I reserve the right to end the auction for any reason at anytime, the item is offered for sale locally.

I must ask that all of my conditions be viewed as strict.  The description I have given is to the best of my knowledge, and the pictures are unaltered showing you just what I see.  Obviously, as much as I would like to , I cannot list every single detail on every item.  It is up to you to email for information and bidders are encouraged to ask questions.  If you are not sure about something, or it is not explained specifically, PLEASE ASK.  I welcome all questions and will answer honestly and to the best of my ability.  In other words, do not assume  anything, ask for details.  Bidders are encouraged to see and further inspect the item (at your own expense) before the end of the auction.  I am located in Rochester Hills Michigan and the item may be personally viewed by appointment only, please email me or if needed.  Ebay does offer a 3^rd party inspection service for a fee.

  Whether you drive or decide to ship, you do so at your own risk and with your bid, you release me from any and all responsibility and liability.  When the auction closes and you are the high bidder and the item has been paid for , it belongs to you. It is your responsibility to insure your purchase immediately upon full payment.  The bidder is responsible for shipping, transportation and any other expenses related to its purchase. I will not be responsible for nor will I try to predict the future performance of any vehicle. Your bid accepts this vehicle, regardless of year make model or condition, in AS IS, WHERE IS condition.   Please note the mileage shown may vary due to the fact the vehicle may be driven before the close of the auction. Please ask for the exact mileage at the time the final bidding is near the end, pictures of mileage can be sent by email also.

     A $2000.00 non-refundable earnest money deposit must be make within 24 hours of the close of the bidding. Deposits will be made by PayPal, The balance of payment must be made within 7 days from the close of the auction,paid in the same manner. The item will not be released from my possession until all funds have been paid and cleared by my bank.
