 This is not a kit.  It is an original all steel 1930 Ford Model A Sport Coupe.  It took 10 years to build.

The car was purchased from a widow of the gentleman who built it from top to bottom.  A picture album consisting of photos throughout the restoration process will stay with the car.  The original owner entered this car in several shows and won many trophies that will stay with the car.  

There is additional interior fabric that will be included.  All paperwork and schematics the original owner used to build the car will be included.  

UNIQUE FEATURES ARE:
It has a slanted windshield along with a reconstructed top which has a fiberglass shell under the canvas.
The doors are reversed and now open suicide.  They have power windows, hidden hinges and the handles have been removed.  
Remote control entry.
Custom built dash with Dakota Digital instrumentation.
Rumble seat.
Custom three piece hood that is hinged at the firewall and doesn’t require a hood support.
Custom chassis with 1932 style gas tank, stainless steel Kugel front end, narrowed 9” Ford rear end with a 411 traction lock, mounted with a four ling and 4 wheel disc brakes.
There is a stereo with a CD player, power antenna, air conditioning, heat and defrost.
Motor is a 355ci Chevy with 58cc aluminum heads, dual 4-BBL carbs, high performance cam, TRW forged pistons, ceramic coated headers, 2 1/2 ” stainless steel exhaust, Mallory Unilite ignition system, high rise water pump, and high torque starter.
Transmission 700R-4 large clutch pack, 2800-3000 stall converter.
The grill shell has been  modified by adding an insert and filling in the neck.
Custom Burgundy and Black paint with pinstripe, including undercarriage.

Ford Recalling 70k Escape and Mariner Hybrids for cooling issue

Ford is recalling about 70,209 examples of the 2005-2008 Ford Escape Hybrid and the 2006-2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid because the cooling pumps for their hybrid systems could fail.
According to the company's defect notice, it's possible for the original "Motor Electronics Coolant (MEC) Pump" to wear out and fail, which would could cause the hybrid system to overheat. If this happens, the vehicle goes into a safety mode that takes away most or all of its power. However, braking and steering still operate normally. After cooling down, the affected models restart normally. The company says that it's not aware of any accidents or injuries related to this problem.
Ford will begin repairing the vehicles in late October, and dealers will be installing improved, brushless pumps on the affected models at no charge to owners. If drivers had their pumps fail before this recall, they can contact Ford for a possible reimbursement. Ford's Explorer-based Police Interceptor to get 365-hp EcoBoost option

Speeders beware, the police are going to be getting quite a bit faster. Ford has just announced that it will be offering its 3.5-liter, twin-turbocharged, EcoBoost V6 in the Explorer Police Interceptor. The new engine will be joining the existing 3.7-liter V6. The 365-horsepower, 350-pound-foot mill should be familiar to consumers as the powerplant that's found in the Ford Taurus SHO (and its LEO equivalent, the Taurus Police Interceptor) and the Ford Explorer Sport. It should also provide quite a kick in the pants to officers used to the naturally aspirated 3.7 and its 304 ponies and 279 pound-feet of torque.
The move to the more potent powerplant was born out of all the equipment officers need to carry on a day-to-day basis. These days, there's so much stuff that police need on a regular basis, that there's a genuine market for a faster Police Interceptor Utility, as it's known officially. The Explorer-based cruiser has already accounted for 68 percent of Ford's LEO sales in 2013, and that's with just the 3.7, and we'd only expect that number to increase once the twin-turbo, 3.5-liter V6 is available. Ford won't offer up any indication of what the take rate will be on the new engine, but we're guessing it'll be fairly high.
The success of the Explorer PI couldn't have come at a better time for Ford. The decision to end Crown Victoria production was not a popular one with police, and combined with Chevrolet and Dodge diving into the LEO market feet first, Ford hasn't been performing as well as it's wanted to. The Explorer has been helping it turn around, though. And with the inclusion of the EcoBoost, Ford also has a legit competitor for the Chevrolet Tahoe on the big utility side of the police market.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index or ACSI released its updated numbers and according to the survey, new car buyer satisfaction is down for the third straight year. According to an ACSI press release, customer satisfaction with new automobiles has fallen 3.7 percent, to 79 on its 100-point scale. The ACSI report is based on over 4,100 customer surveys collected in the second quarter of 2015 Sitting at the top of the industry in customer satisfaction is Toyota's Lexus brand with a score of 84. Which was good enough to dethrone Mercedes-Benz, which fell 3% to a score of 83. Of the Big Three, Ford was the only domestic automaker to maintain overall customer satisfaction with its score of 81. General Motors slipped 3% to 79 and Fiat Chrysler had a 5% drop, registering a score of 75 out the possible 100. What's driving this trend of customer dissatisfaction?
