Thanks for checking out our auction on this very exceptional 2004 XL F250 Diesel extended cab pickup truck.Please do not let the 0 feedback hold you back from bidding i have owned this truck since it had 69k miles and am describing it honestly and accurately as well as allowing bidders to see the Autocheck.This truck has always been maintained to a strict schedule as it was my work truck as well as my every day driver.There are no check engine lights on and all the gauges work properly.The truck runs and drives great and fast as well as sounds awesome everyone comments on how great it sounds.The truck is reliable and has no signs of any of the common 6.0 issues,the oil is black and no build up in the radiator hose from pressure.The truck is registered and driven daily and never let me down the only i am selling it is i just got a new F250 Diesel.The truck does have some dings and scratches please look at all the pictures carefully and was in an accident on right front fender before i purchased it and it will need tires in the near future the truck does have a clean and clear Florida title.Overall this is a great looking truck and someone will get an Amazing deal as i have set a very realistic reserve.The truck is sold as is but like i said i know the truck well and are represnting it honestly,all these pictures where just taken and please take time to look at them carefully and feel free to email me if you need any addtional pictures.The fortunate new owner must arrange transporting it we will assist any way we can,please feel free to call with any questions or offers 954-205-7467,thanks for looking and good luck!!!

Ford announces bevy of recalls, 2 of which are recalls on recalls

Ford has announced five separate recalls, affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
It's not been a great couple of weeks for Ford. On October 30, the company announced a 205,000-unit recall, and yesterday, it was revealed that the Ford brand's year-over-year sales were down over 5,000 units while the company itself was down 3,000 units over through October. Now, the company has announced five separate recalls affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.

Ward's reveals annual 10 Best Engines list for 2013

Ward's Auto has released its annual 10 Best Engines award winners. The 2013 list covers the full width and breadth of the internal combustion spectrum, from a spate of efficient four-cylinders to the most powerful production V8 on the planet. As always, the entries must be available in a production vehicle in the first quarter of 2013 with an MSRP of less than $55,000. The supercharged 3.0-liter V6 from the Audi S5 held on for the fourth consecutive year, and BMW earned two spots on the list with its turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder and turbo 3.0-liter inline-six.
Ford pulled in two awards for its 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder and and the supercharged 5.8-liter V8 from the Shelby GT500. Honda matched BMW and Ford with two wins of its own. Wards awarded the 2.4-liter four-cylinder from the Honda Accord Sport as well as the 3.5-liter V6 from the Honda Accord. Chrysler, General Motors and Subaru each garnered a spot on the list as well for the 3.6-liter V6 in the Ram 1500, the turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder in the Cadillac ATS and the 2.0-liter four-cylinder the Subaru BRZ, respectively. Ford reflects on radical Mustang concept that never reached showrooms

The Ford Mustang that we all know and love made major waves in the auto industry way back in 1964 by offering style and reasonable pricing with optional V8 power. Its long hood and short rear deck, combined with a low-slung and sporty cockpit, made a lasting impression in the minds of consumers and car designers alike, and its basic shape has so endured the test of time that it's still in use today.
This being the case, you may be interested to know that the first Mustang of 1964.5 wasn't actually the first Mustang at all, being preceded by a concept car that made its public debut in 1962. This concept was nothing like the car that would eventually make it into production, with a radical wedge shape and a small V4 engine sitting behind the car's two occupants, driving the rear wheels. In other words, the conceptual Mustang was pretty much the complete opposite of the production Mustang besides the name.
Ford has kindly decided go through its massive archive to bring the original Mustang concept back into the public eye. The company goes so far as to pose this question to fans of the pony car: "Should we borrow a few of these style elements for the next iteration of the Mustang?"
