You are looking at a rare Bi-Fuel CNG 2005 Ford F-150 Lariat. This truck has been converted using the newest CNG injection technology from Italy. The conversion kit installed on this vehicle is a fully computerized and programmable injection system. This is not one of those cheap kits that bolt on the air intake letting un-meterd CNG to be sucked into the engine.
CNG storage tank that is installed is a brand new type 1 DOT certified tank with pressure relief device and 20 year expiration. storage capacity is 12 GGE (gallon of gas equivalent) @ 3000 PSI and 13.5 GGE at 3600 PSI current fill valve is 3000 PSI
CNG is a very cost effective alternative to gasoline with CNG costing around $1.00 per gallon around the country you will save thousands of dollars running CNG as an alternative fuel. Overall condition of this truck is good. There are a few dents and dings like you would expect from a used truck. One hubcap is missing and the bed cap on the tailgate is also missing. Both of these parts are easily replaceable with after market parts. Engine runs good and transmission shifts smooth through all gears. Tires are all matching and tread is good.

Ford to spread all-wheel drive across performance range
Tue, Feb 10 2015Car and Driver took a closer look at the all-wheel-drive system in the Focus RS, Ford reps having made "broad hints" about it being applied to other performance vehicles. One spokesperson even said that he "can see this as one of those technologies of the future." That would make sense because, as C/D notes, it couldn't have been an inexpensive job to engineer the torque-vectoring unit for the Focus – one that can send 70 percent of torque to the rear wheels, and send 100 percent of that portion to either wheel if needed. C/D also clues into the system's close similarity to the AWD unit in the recently updated Range Rover Evoque, which is manufactured by Sweden's GKN Driveline. In the Evoque, torque vectoring is brake based and two electronically controlled clutches turn the Range into a front-wheel-drive crossover under 22 miles per hour. Ford wouldn't comment on the GKN Driveline connection, or even if there is one. No matter where it might come from, more performance Fords are good for every enthusiast, and we do not look an AWD, torque-vectoring gift horse in the mouth. Ford 1.0L takes third-straight International Engine of the Year award
Thu, 26 Jun 2014Ford's 1.0-liter EcoBoost is proving to be The Little Engine That Could, and it continues to acquit itself well, finding favor as one of the best powerplants in the world. To confirm it yet again, the tiny mill just won the International Engine of the Year award for the third year in a row, likewise also nabbing the title in the Sub 1.0-liter category.
Packing 123 horsepower and 148 pound-feet of torque with overboost (125 lb-ft normally), the tiny engine combines impressive power in a size small enough to be a carry-on item for a commercial flight. US buyers only got a taste of the award winner in the 2014 Fiesta, while the 1.0 EcoBoost has been available throughout the Ford lineup in Europe for a few years now. American sales have reportedly been strong, however, and next up in the US, the mill will find its way into the 2015 Focus.
The panel of 82 jury members from 34 countries also named the Mercedes-AMG 2.0-liter turbo found in the A45, CLA45 and GLA45 AMG models with 355 hp and 332 lb-ft as the best New Engine for 2014. The electric powertrain from Tesla won Green Engine prize, and the 4.5-liter V8 from the Ferrari 458 Italia took home the honor of top Performance Engine yet again.
