Wow !  Rare find - Extra nice !  Original paint !!  Survivor 1979 F100 truck !

Low original miles of 81k. Try to find another like this. This truck has been in the same family since new, and always well cared for.  The truck was sold new about 20 miles from here and has been here its whole life.

The pictures show how nice this truck really is. These were just taken.

It runs good, and gets compliments all the time. The only things to mention are: windshield has a crack down low, temperature gauge doesn't work (truck does not run hot), there is a small crease on the left quarter where the bumper edge got it, and a couple minor cracks in original seat cover.  That is it. No cracks in dash. Door panels are excellent, side and rear glass is nice, gauges are clear and very nice as are all the original controls.

The original spare is still under neath this truck. Tires are new, the truck drives great.  It runs straight down the road and shifts out well.  The 302 V8 fires up easily, and has plenty of power.  The truck brakes straight and true. This truck is a pleasure to drive.  I could go on and on about this truck but you get the picture.  Trucks like this rarely if ever come around. This truck is currently registered on a bill of sale, and will be sold on a bill of sale as Georgia does not require titles for vehicles older than 1985.  (Title is included, but it is not current). Ford readying Ranger-based Everest SUV?

Fri, 21 Feb 2014

Way back in August, we showed you a Ford concept for the Australian market called the Everest. Now, we can show you that work on the new Ranger-based SUV is well under way.
At this stage, it's still quite clearly a mule (note the misalignment of the front and rear doors), wearing the Ranger's front end and the rump of Ford's overseas Territory crossover. The wheelbase is shorter than a Ranger, according to our spy photographers, which strikes us as somewhat odd for a more passenger-oriented vehicle. Disc brakes should be fitted at all four corners, while the new SUV, which will almost certainly wear the Everest name, should sport a new rear suspension.
In terms of looks, we're expecting the Everest Concept to inform the appearance of the production model. Naturally, there will also be some interior tweaks, particularly around the dashboard, which is covered in these photos.

2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium

Mon, 28 Oct 2013

You might not be interested in owning a subcompact (B-segment) hatchback for $20,000. Let's be clear from the get go here: there are any number of reasonable arguments for staying away from the highest-content versions of these small cars. Ford's player in the B-segment arena is the newly updated 2014 Fiesta, and the Titanium trim represents the most luxurious instantiation of the model. We recently were loaned a Fiesta Titanium for a week, whose final sticker price hit $20,390, with navigation being the only standalone option added to the bottom line. By way of comparison, the most basic version of the all new, one-segment-up Mazda3 hatchback costs $19,740 with delivery and destination accounted for, and no options added on.
Hold on to that thought for a moment, we'll get back to it.
