This Truck Remains the way was produced by Ford Motor Company. On 1951 Ford made a number of changes and improvements to this F1. The most noticeable appearance change was in Grille, which was redesigned from the original five horizontal bars to a massive opening, Three upright Bullet Style Grill bar between the headlights innovate the look. Standard grille were painted body color, while Deluxe (as shown) were painted Ivory. Also a 5 Star Extra Cab, and front end were redesigned to give modern appearance. Window was enlarged, New Instrument Panel, the weather seal on doors was improved; Dual windshield wipers became standard. The New 3.92:1 Ratio; Also new was a steering-column gearshift with three-speed Syncro-silent transmission. Seven paint color were available: Raven Black, Vermillion, Meadow Green, Silvertone Grey, Sheridan Blue, Alpine Blue and Sea Island Green. Also new was a vacuum spark-advance mechanism called Power Pilot. This one come with Heater Defroster working properly. Tires, Rims, Seat, Wheel and all components are in perfect condition this truck is kept within Garage all year round. What would Batman drive for his weekly trips to Home Depot for the bits and pieces needed to keep his lair deep below Wayne Manor in tip-top condition? Certainly not the Batmobile - there's no way a 4x8 sheet of plywood will fit between the wheel wells, not to mention the fact that jet turbine engines have an unfortunate tendency to set trailers on fire when towing...
No, what Batman needs is a pickup truck. The boys from Ford teamed up with Galpin Auto Sports to build just such a machine, and it has just debuted at Comic Con. Designed by Jared Barris, grandson of the legendary kustomizer George Barris, the 2012 F-150 pickup you see here, dubbed Crime Fighter, is painted Tuxedo Black with Ferrari Red highlights and is affixed with fins on each side of the truck bed. It's nothing if not unique.
Well, it's at least unique for now. According to Ford, Galpin in Southern California is willing to take orders for customers looking to don a cape and hit the town for a night of crime-fighting action. Or trips to Home Depot. Shelby GT350 to be auctioned for charity at Barrett-Jackson in January

If you just have to be the first person in the world to possess the latest Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang, then you need to be bidding during the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, AZ, on January 17. That's because Ford is offering the chance to own the inaugural production example of its latest premiere pony car there. The buyer of the first GT350 gets to choose from any color and all of the available packages for their car. Although, the real highlight is probably being among the first to listen to the 5.2-liter V8 under the hood with its flat-plane crankshaft. Ford promises that the mill makes over 500 horsepower and more than 400 pound-feet of torque. To sweeten the deal even further, all of the proceeds of the sale go to the JDRF, a charity that funds type 1 diabetes research. There's no reserve on the auction for the GT350 but don't expect a bargain. Last year, the first 2015 'Stang raised $300,000 for the JDRF at the Barrett-Jackson sale, and the initial Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 brought in $650,000 for charity.
