2007 Ford Expedition Limited Sport Utility 4-door 5.4l on 2040-cars
Lutz, Florida, United States
2007 Ford Expedition Limited (Black) I bought this vehicle from a dealership with 17,000 miles with 1 original owner that leased it for 1 year. I have done every service to this vehicle. I just spent $1,200 Recently getting the 130,000 mile maintenance package at the ford dealership. I have mostly all receipts to prove all services. I have taken Great care of this vehicle. I have also upgrading the dash unit to a $2,000 bluetooth double den DVD head unit with reverse camera and hidden 8" bass sub. Also TV Screens in the head rest for entertainment and iPod hook up so you can play video or music. I also have a Viper Remote start Alarm system. 3rd row electric seats. Heated and A/C seats. 20" wheels. Everything works that I know of and this vehicle still drives as if it was brand new. There is a few dings and scratches around the vehicle, Someone backed into bumper while parked in a parking lot so there is some dings on the back bumper as well. I would consider this vehicle in Great to Excellent condition. |

Riding along in Ford's bonkers Fiesta ST Global RallyCross car [w/video]
Wed, 28 Aug 2013
The Mountune-worked Fiesta ST GRC does 0-to-60 mph in 1.9 seconds.
On any given day, and every single weekend, there's at least one parking in the country invaded by manufacturer and team trucks. The be-chromed beasts and their 53-foot trailers are slotted into rows, men and women decorate the lot with orange cones to mark the invisible tracery of a temporary track, cars get unloaded, crews fret over them. The ritual can be as beautiful as the sunrise to those with enthusiast hearts, but it's just as common.
Ford Focus was best-selling nameplate in 2012
Tue, 09 Apr 2013Last August, Ford made a few waves by claiming that the Ford Focus was, at that point, the top-selling car in the world. The automaker failed to account for variations of the Toyota Corolla wearing a different name (such as the Auris and Matrix), however. With official data from Polk coming in now, Ford is able to say that the Focus was, in fact, the best-selling nameplate in the world last year.
Using new-car registrations (which doesn't factor in fleet sales), the Polk data shows that a total of more than one million Focus models around the world. Strong sales in the US and China have led to a 16 percent increase in year-over-year Focus sales from 2011 that helped to create even more of a gap between it and the second-best global seller, the Corolla.
Ford also had the Fiesta and F-Series listed in the top 10 for worldwide nameplates, but what's even more impressive is the fact that the F-Series is only sold in North America. Scroll down to see the list (compiled by Ford using Polk data) of the top global sellers last year and a press release from Ford.
Fitting Retirement: Grand Marquis last Mercury off the line
Wed, 05 Jan 2011The signs have come down and retail production ended back in October of 2010. Now, the very last Mercury model has rolled off the assembly line. This last Mercury somewhat fittingly takes the form of a Grand Marquis reporting for fleet duty. It was built at the St. Thomas plant in Ontario, Canada, which is the same facility that continues to produce the Ford Crown Victoria and Lincoln Town Car for fleet and livery duty.
St. Thomas' days are numbered, however, as the factory is slated to close on August 31. When it goes, the Panther platform is likely to follow. So long, and thanks for all the fish memories.
