Bought this truck in 2007 with 15,000 mi,Truck looks and runs Excellent.The candy apple paint is still very shiny and in awesome condition. The interior is in good shape besides a few minor things all shown in pics. Had a rebuilt transmission from aamco in Nov 2011. was in a passenger side accident in 2010 and truck was fixed to 100% by insurance company through a ford certified mechanic and autobody specialist. All problems from the accident have been fully resolved and car has been running excellent since 2010. there is a small dimple in rear quarter panel ( hardly noticeable in pic ) carpet has a few stains and a small hole. Driver seat has a small tear on the side. some wearing of knobs on radio and other areas. 3rd row seat headrest is missing trimming (see pic) and does not function well. no one can really see anyway. and the paneling in rear by jack is held on with some duct tape (see pic) and still works fine.Missing small plasttic back access door in cargo area(see pic) small crack in running board (see pic). Otherwise all else is satisfactory. Vehicle is sold as is!!! I did my best with the pics to show all imperfections.
Has 3rd row seating,ttow package, multi disc cd player with aux for i pod.
I will miss this truck as it has served me well for over 100,000 miles

Ford readying three-row Edge for China

The next-generation Ford Edge will be available with quite a growth spurt for its debut in China next year, with newly announced plans also to build and sell a three-row version exclusively in the People's Republic. However, markets outside of there likely won't see the larger model. Ford marketing boss (and future head of Ford of Europe) Jim Farley announced the three-row version of the crossover at the Los Angeles Auto Show, according to Automotive News. To create the extra room, Ford made the Chinese-built variant about 16 inches longer than its two-row counterpart. Farley didn't specify at which of the Blue Oval's plants in the country this model would be assembled. The Explorer and forthcoming Everest already offer three rows from the Ford lineup in China, but the company thinks the market can easily support all of them. According to Farley to Automotive News, the utility segment is up 485 percent in the country since 2008. Customers in the US can still look forward to the two-row Edge hitting dealers early next year. It'll be the first model in the Blue Oval's lineup here to come standard with EcoBoost power.

Consumer Reports explains its disdain for infotainment

One of the perks of reviewing all manner of cars and trucks is that we're exposed to all the different infotainment systems. Whether Cadillac's CUE, Chrysler's UConnect, BMW's iDrive or MyFord Touch, we sample each and every infotainment system on the market.
Not surprisingly, some are better than others. It seems consumers have come to a similar consensus, with Consumer Reports claiming that Ford and Lincoln, Cadillac and Honda offer the worst user infotainment experiences. Not surprisingly, you won't find much argument among the Autoblog staff.
