We have yet another great Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor P71, this one is a 2004 with 81409 miles on its certified odometer/speedometer. This car is also from a local municipal police department that purchased the car new with 33 miles on it. The car was well taken care of and was maintained on a regular basis. The car has all the normal P71 options such as a 200 amp alternator, a limited slip rear differential, dual exhaust, oil and transmission coolers and a heavy duty suspension and frame. Everything on this car works as it should including the power locks and windows. The air conditioning blows cold and the heat blows hot as you would expect. Our service department went over the car and serviced it from front to back.

Our body shop took car of the holes in the roof and the trunk lid from mounting radio antenna's and light bars. The interior of the car is black/gray and in the rear looks brand new and in the front is in excellent condition. We have left the center console in the car but would remove it if the buyer so desired. As I said everything on the car works down to the exterior spotlight which we can also remove if the buyer wants. The car starts and runs great and the transmission shifts properly.

This is a nice car for the money, it has low mileage and was well taken care of. Overall it is a very clean police interceptor that is very close to looking like the day they got it. If you want one of these cars they are getting harder to find in nice shape the older they get and this is just a nice car. Do not ask me why but the 2004 P71 is supposed to be the fastest of the breed. If you have an interest in this or one of our other Police Interceptors please call Carlevale Custom Cars at 717-685-1341 if you have any questions. Since the car is for sale locally we reserve the right to end the auction early should it sell.

2015 Ford Mustang stars in bizarrely awesome '80s aerobics video

Wed, 30 Apr 2014

For reasons we can't comprehend, here's a music video starring the all-new, 2015 Ford Mustang and a number of dancers dressed and styled in the most stereotypically 1980s way possible. The dancers then take part in a male-versus-female dance off. Again, we've no idea why it exists.
It's weird, and for the second time in two weeks, we're sat at our computer wondering, "What are we watching?" That said, it does show the new Mustang from a number of angles, and it's one of the first car-related YouTube videos we've seen that's available in a 4K, ultra-high-def stream.
Take a look below, and let us know what you think in Comments.

Court puts kibosh on apartheid lawsuit against Ford, Daimler

Thu, 22 Aug 2013

Ford and Daimler have scored a major victory in a long-running lawsuit filed in US federal court by unnamed South African nationals. The suit alleges that both manufacturers and their subsidiaries sold their vehicles to the South African military, despite knowing that they'd be involved in violently putting down anti-apartheid protesters.
According to Reuters, South African plaintiffs filed the case under the 223-year-old Alien Torts Statute, a law which allows foreign nationals to file charges in US courts for perceived breaches of what was originally international law, but now more closely relates to violations of human rights.
And while the case - which also involves computer manufacturer IBM - has been tied up in federal courts for years, a recent case from the Supreme Court struck down a similar suit against Royal Dutch Petroleum (Shell), arguing that the ATS doesn't apply to corporations or to conduct if it occurred outside the US. In short, the law applies to individuals, but not corporations like Ford or Daimler. A US appeals court ruled that the conditions apply in this case, potentially drawing this long-running saga to a close, as the defendants will now be allowed to request that the case be dismissed in district court.
