I traded this for a job I did was going to fix it , after doing some research I found it involves a little more than I thought, I didn't try starting it, I was told that could cause damage , I guess these old timers just use a six volt battery , it seems to be pretty much all there , both rear window and windshield are not broken , passenger side window is broken ,driver side window is missing but I think the one I found in the back is the right 1, came with the original key no title for it, I took a pic of the number just behind the radiator on the cross member pic #9 I was told that should be the vin.# I left 1 pic left to add if multiple people ask for same pic I'll add that shot. Has a flat head v-8 as you can see in pic's looks to all be there, any questions I will do my best to answer I really don't know allot about vehicles of this era. hopefully the pictures tell the majority of what you need to know. This is for pick up only so you will need a way to transport it yourself, Thanks for checkin it out. I started the auction at 99 cents good luck!!

Just added a few more photo's , and just so you know this was stored inside since 1974 , took a shot behind the seat , 1 of the sway arm and tie rod , the door handles, both sides are in the same shape ,floor boards the key, and another of the rear end, the frame looks pretty mint and very true, like I said anything you guy's wanna see just let me know. Even the rear view mirror is st attached , again Thanks for checkin it out. The seat is pretty much toast but its there.

2014 Ford Fiesta ST

Tue, 15 Oct 2013

I'm not overly inclined to professional jealousy, as a rule. Sure, I go a bit green around the eyes when Ramsey draws the 911 GT3 trip to Weissach, Harley is tapped-in to drive a completely stunning Porsche 911 by Singer, or, you know, Drew Phillips gets to shoot a Lamborghini Veneno in the middle of a desert like some sort of sheik. I hate you guys...
Honestly though, one of the new car events that dug me the most, was when our Steven J. Ewing got to fling the Ford Fiesta ST around some hot corner of Europe. What goes around comes around, I suppose, as Mr. Ewing himself espoused an envious nature of the Focus ST trip that came before.
The good news in all this covetous intra-office behavior? All the cars mentioned, and specifically the Fiesta ST, are just wonderful to drive. I can say that with more confidence than ever now, having joined Ford for a good bit of Fiesta-flinging myself. In my case, the locale was slightly more pedestrian (Michigan not Portugal), and the car in question was the five-door version of the Fiesta ST that we get here in The States, as opposed to the three-door number they get across the pond.

Survey says, drivers that go green stay green. Ninety-two percent of plugged-in Americans said they planned to buy electric again. Autoblog's Adam Morath reports on this edition of Autoblog Minute. Show full video transcript text [00:00:00] Survey says, drivers that go green stay green. I'm Adam Morath and this is your Autoblog Minute. Ford commissioned a survey of 10,000 electric vehicle owners, posing the question: What would will you buy next? 92 percent of plugged-in Americans said they planned to buy electric again, citing a preference for clean tech and the instant power provided by an electric motor. But what about drivers who live in states with fewer or no plug-in incentives? [00:00:30] Autoblog spoke with Stephanie Janczak who works with electric vehicle technology at Ford: [00:01:00] [STEPHANIE JANCZAK INTERVIEW] Low gas prices and rising truck sales may have stalled EV adoption in the U.S. but Ford's survey shows high satisfaction amongst current EV customers. Begging the question, what will you buy next? Let us know in the comments. For Autoblog, I'm Adam Morath. Autoblog Minute is a short-form video news series reporting on all things automotive. Ken Block rally cars go blue in the face (and everywhere else)

Wed, 23 Jan 2013

Well at least we now know why Ken Block "just ain't care" about smashing up his Ford Fiesta rally car recently. It's because he's getting a full brand makeover including a new team name, new paint scheme and even a new headquarters. Formerly known as Monster World Rally Team, Block and his Fiesta will now be competing under the Hoonigan Racing Division name, which is based out of a new 12,000 square foot facility located in Park City, UT.
As you can tell in the image above, Hoonigan Racing will replace the familiar black, white and green paint scheme with a more colorful design featuring plenty of blue, purple and red; the Monster Energy logo retains some of the car's green. The new paint scheme was inspired by Block's love of skateboard graphics from the '80s and early '90s as well as "Miami Vice-era" speedboats.
Block will continue to compete in multiple rally racing series such as Global RallyCross, World Rally Championship and X Games. The new headquarters features office space on one side and a shop for the cars on the other side. The building features plenty of stuff you'd expect from a company designed around Ken Block, including a massive gaming station for racing video games, recycled shipping containers used throughout the facility and a black bear.
