I am selling a 1961 Ford Falcon 2 Door Coupe. The car has a 302 engine, c4 automatic transmission, and dual exhaust. The car runs and drives and the engine sounds great and the transmission shift nice but the car needs to be completed. The car is rust free and the body is almost ready for paint. The car will need the interior finished and some other small things to be truly road ready. The back lug pattern was recently converted to 5 lug but the front is still 4 lug. I have buckets and rear seats that I was going to use in the car and I am including them with the sale but they are not installed. I also have some extra parts that will go with the car. This car would make a really cool hotrod, track car, or hot rod for someone. I will need a $500 paypal deposit with in 12 hours and the balance must be paid with in 3 days. The car must be picked up with in 14 days and the pick up zip code will be 89061 which is about 50 miles from Las Vegas, Nevada. Please do not bid if you are not able to complete the transaction. Takata air bag recall list

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration confirmed yesterday that 33.8 million vehicles with Takata airbags are going to be recalled. It's the largest recall in automotive history. The already record-breaking rate of automotive recalls this year shows no signs of slowing down, especially since millions of cars with defective airbags made by global supplier Takata are under ongoing scrutiny. The federal government is warning owners that inflator mechanisms in the air bags can rupture, causing metal fragments to fly out when the bags are deployed. The faulty air bags have already been blamed for multiple deaths. How do you know if your vehicle is safe? The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration released an updated list of vehicles under recall. Sometimes however, the government's website will crash and the list may not be complete. Check your VIN at the NHTSA website to make sure. The list of cars affected by the recall has not been released, but seem to span multiple models over the years for many of the automakers.
