UP FOR BID IS A 1957 FORD FAIRLANE 2dr. CLUB SEDAN. THIS CAR WAS PULLED OUT OF A BARN OVER 15 YEARS AGO AND STORED IN A HEATED GARAGE EVER SINCE. HAS A CLEAN OHIO TITLE. THE CAR IS SOLID FOR THE MOST PART, BUT WILL NEED RESTORED. THE CAR DOES RUN AND HAS ONLY BEEN DRIVEN IN THE DRIVEWAY. HAS A SMALL BLOCK FORD MOTOR THAT WAS REDONE AND AN AUTO TRANS, A 9" REAREND, OLD SCHOOL DRAGBARS, VINTAGE CRAGARS AND OLD SCHOOL MICKEY THOMPSONS ON IT. THE FRONT FENDERS ARE FIBERGLASS (NOT SURE IF THESE WERE FROM THE FACTORY). HAVE ALL OF THE TRIM FOR THE CAR. ALL THE GLASS IS GOOD EXCEPT THE DRIVERS DOOR. Ford owns Automotive Loyalty Awards, Audi and Subaru are king of conquests

Customers are a commodity in the automotive industry, and like any other commodity, automakers trade them back and forth. Only nobody wants to give up their customers - just to keep the ones they have and try to attract others.
That's what the Polk Automotive Loyalty Awards are all about. Every year the industry research body names the automakers, brands and models that manage to keep their customers coming back for more - and attract buyers to switch from other makes. Ford usually does pretty well, but this year it rose above even its own track record.
Not only did Dearborn win the Overall Loyalty to Manufacturer award, but also the Overall Loyalty to Make. Ford also took the African American category, and the F-150 was named the top full-size half-ton pickup in customer loyalty. Ford COO Mark Fields (pictured above) accepted the awards and gave the keynote address at the awards ceremony.

At 50 years old, the object of fantasies, a tuner's dream, a movie star and more than nine million strong, it couldn't be truer to say that the Ford Mustang needs no introduction. This newest Mustang, however - making the biggest changes we've seen to the pony car since perhaps 1964.5 - is something Ford has been introducing all year.
We went on a Deep Dive, covered the way it looks when it was revealed, detailed the engine specs, got a ride in the EcoBoost and listened to the V8, got rolling footage and watched it do a standard-feature burnout.
The only thing left to do? Drive it. Having now done so for a few hours around Los Angeles, what we can tell you is to forget everything you know about the Mustang. This new car shames the old, redefines the model and gallops far ahead of anything else in the segment.
