1997 Ford F-350 Crew Cab. This truck has all new front end parts to include: Pitman arm, control arm, upper and lower ball joints. front brake pads, New rear brake drums, and shoes. New carrier bearing, starter replaced, brand new 3 core heat buster radiator. All the front consmetic parts on the front truck are new, grill, and all the lights. All four shocks, and the two steering stabilizer shocks are new within the last 6 months. The wheels and tires are less than 2 years old. The transmission has less than 7 k miles on it. The truck runs and drives just like new. A/C blows ice cold. Comes with a JVC cd player with 4 upgraded speakers in the doors and rear cab. Class 5 tow hitch. Viper alarm, and electic locks, and power windows on the front windows. This truck has no mechanical issues. This truck was built from Ford as an XL. I have installed all the XLT emblems and corect badges. It has every option that an XLT does, minus tilt wheel, and cruise control. Runs perfect! Diesels in this condition are selling on e-bay for around 15-18k recently. My reserve is thousands less. This body style is getting harder to find. Just a few months ago, fan safety at racetracks was a hot topic following the last-lap NASCAR Nationwide Series crash at Daytona that sent large pieces of racecars into the grandstands injuring 33 fans. Now, a freak incident at a National Hot Rod Association event resulted in a drag racer's bodywork flying into the crowd at the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals in Charlotte over the weekend. The carbon-fiber body of Robert Hight's Ford Mustang funny car blew off toward the end of a run when his engine exploded, but fortunately, the two fans evaluated after the incident were later released without serious injury.
As you can see in the image above, the body flew high into the air before landing on a walkway in front of the grandstands, a bit of happenstance that likely gave most fans enough time and space to move out of the way.
