Up for sale is my 2002 F250 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel 4x4 extended cab long bed with a complete 08-10 conversion. I have over $20k invested in this truck so please do not send me any low ball offers, please do not waste my time. This truck has 251k miles on it but has had the oil and fuel filter changed every 10k miles like clock work. It has a complete 08-10 conversion including complete front clips with color matched grille and emblems with a Smittybilt M1 front bumper and M1 mesh grille, 08-10 mirrors, 08-10 rear bumper, 2014 tail gate with the step and rear view camera. The head lights have been smoked and it has 10k HID's in them and the custom fog lights. Rough country 3" lift kit with 20" eagle alloy wheels and 35" Nitto mud grappler tires, also has a rough country dual steering stabilizer and Pro Comp shocks all the way around.

Performance mods are a MBRP 4" turbo back exhaust "muffler delete", wicked wheel turbo compressor wheel, S&B cold air intake, stiffer fuel spring, Superchips programmer.

It also has a UWS black tool box and B&W turnover ball goose neck hitch installed. It is a lariat truck so it has leather seats with captains chairs in the front, has a triple gauge pod with autometer gauges, Kenwood head unit, windows are tinted all the way around 35% even the front. I am sure there is a few things I am missing but this truck gets compliments everywhere I go.

There is only 2 things wrong with it, 1st the wipers and hood shocks have not been installed yet (I have them and they will go with the truck), and 2nd the radio and windows will occasionally stop working then a couple minutes later will come back on. This is a common issue on these trucks.

2015 Ford F-150 begins rolling off line at second factory

Ford needs more F-150s. Yeah, we just told you that a few days ago. The Blue Oval is reporting that its trucks are spending a mere 18 days on dealer lots, following a January that was the truck's best month in over a decade. Considering both of those facts, the timing is perfect for Ford to ramp up production of its all-aluminum truck by bringing its Kansas City, MO factory online. KC Assembly has been building F-150s for decades, and completed a $1.1-billion expansion to accommodate the all-aluminum 2015 truck (as well as for work on the Transit van). Similar to what was done at Ford's Dearborn, MI factory, the Blue Oval spent 13 weeks upgrading the plant's body shop, paint shop and a road-test course. Over 900 jobs were added as part of the update. Combined with the equally upgraded plant in metro Detroit, Ford can build 700,000 trucks per year. "The all-new F-150 has surpassed our expectations – setting new standards for fullsize truck capability, technology and efficiency," Joe Hinrichs, Ford's Americas president said in a statement. GM, Ford, FCA and the UAW form joint coronavirus task force

General Motors, Ford and Fiat Chrysler are forming a coronavirus task force along with the United Auto Workers union to improve protections for their employees and limit the spread of the highly contagious virus. The task force, which would be focusing on areas including vehicle production plans, is being headed by UAW President Rory Gamble, GM Chief Executive Officer Mary Barra, Ford CEO Jim Hackett, Ford Executive Chairman Bill Ford and FCA CEO Michael Manley, the parties said in a joint statement on Sunday. Though automakers typically schedule plant staffing to allow for a certain proportion of absent workers, according to industry consultants, if the outbreak causes higher levels due to infection or workers staying home to care for children whose schools are closed, that could lead to reduced production or in extreme cases shutdowns. Production at an FCA assembly plant in Canada was halted for 24 hours after employees there refused to work on Thursday over fears of an employee being possibly exposed to the coronavirus. Separately on Thursday, the Italian-American automaker said that one of its employees had tested positive for COVID-19, a respiratory disease caused by the new coronavirus, at its transmission plant in Indiana. The plant, however, remained open. "This is a fluid and unprecedented situation, and the task force will move quickly to build on the wide-ranging preventive measures we have put in place," the CEOs of the three companies said in the statement. The task force would also be focusing on aspects such as health and safety education, health screening, food service at the automakers' locations. Ford shares falling on news of lower-than-expected profits next year

Ford has released projections for its 2013 profits, along with predictions of its 2014 earnings, and the news has forced the company's stock to stumble, falling over seven percent as of this writing. The Blue Oval is expecting earnings of $8.34 billion for 2013, although the bulk of that is coming largely from its North American operations, as troubles abroad continue to take a toll.
Calling 2013 an "outstanding" year, Ford expects its revenue to be up about 10 percent, thanks to gains in market share everywhere but Europe. But it's 2014 predictions that are causing stock prices to fall, as the Dearborn-based manufacturer expects pre-tax profits to fall to $7 to $8 billion, because of troubles in both Europe and South America, according to a report from Reuters. This is despite an expansion plan that will see it open an additional factory in the southern hemisphere, as well as two plants in China, all in a bid to launch 23 new or refreshed products next year.
The issues in South America aren't so much related to a fall in sales - Ford expects improved profits in Brazil and Argentina - but because of currency devaluations in Venezuela that are projected to cost it around $350 million. While that would still allow it to break even with 2013, Ford cites continued economic risks that could push losses even higher.
