You are bidding on a 1970 F100 Long bed at NO RESERVE 302 / 3 speed on the column Runs like a new truck, transmission shifts in gears smoothly Body is nearly rust free, worst part of the truck is where someone had fixed the bottom of the drivers fender and the plastic has cracked (not easily noticed unless you are close to truck). Inside of bed, floors(drivers side has a pin size hole shown in pictures), cab corners, bottom of door, inner fenders, mounts and hood are all rust free. Passenger side door does have a dent at the bottom where the previous owners wife backed into the truck, this is not as bad as pictures make it seem and is only the door, NOT the rocker panel. Paint looks pretty good, does have a few chips and fading paint **YES the drivers side window was partial rolled down at the time the pictures were taken. YES it rolls up and down like it should.** Brand new smoothies with nearly new tires Previous owner had recently changed the clutch and shocks New tach mounted to steering column. New water, Oil pressure and volt meter All Lights, wipers, speedometer, dome light, hazards all work as they should Truck is sold with a bill of sale as the state of Georgia did not have title in the 1970's If you have any questions, would like additional pictures or would like to come look at this beautiful truck please contact our office at 678-952-6200. We are here to help you bid with confidence! |

Ford F-100 'Snakebit' shown off by Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed at SEMA
Tue, 05 Nov 2013Ford, along with KISS bassist Gene Simmons and his wife, Shannon Tweed, used SEMA as a backdrop to pull the covers off Snakebit, a 1956 Ford F-100 pickup truck that's been updated with Shelby Mustang-derived styling bits and a 5.4-liter supercharged V8 engine. All 550 horsepower are funneled through a six-speed manual gearbox to the rear wheels.
Underneath the custom bodywork sits a chassis that's been stretched five inches and a bed widened and bedecked with billet machined pieces that are supposed to look like wood. The 20-inch rear and 18-inch front wheels ape those of past Shelby Mustang models. The interior is swathed in two-tone leather with a bench seat designed to look - try to act surprised - like a Shelby Mustang.
Like what you see? Bidding for the truck will take place in 2014 at an unspecified Barrett-Jackson event (we'd assume Scottsdale). Proceeds will be used to help build a children's hospital in Saskatoon, in the province of Saskatchewan, where Ms. Tweed grew up. See the high-res gallery above and the press release down below for more.
2015 Ford Mustang GT [w/video]
Fri, 19 Sep 2014At 50 years old, the object of fantasies, a tuner's dream, a movie star and more than nine million strong, it couldn't be truer to say that the Ford Mustang needs no introduction. This newest Mustang, however - making the biggest changes we've seen to the pony car since perhaps 1964.5 - is something Ford has been introducing all year.
We went on a Deep Dive, covered the way it looks when it was revealed, detailed the engine specs, got a ride in the EcoBoost and listened to the V8, got rolling footage and watched it do a standard-feature burnout.
The only thing left to do? Drive it. Having now done so for a few hours around Los Angeles, what we can tell you is to forget everything you know about the Mustang. This new car shames the old, redefines the model and gallops far ahead of anything else in the segment.
You can now order Domino's pizza from your Sync-equipped Ford
Tue, 07 Jan 2014
The news keeps pouring in from the Consumer Electronics Show now underway in Las Vegas, and the latest comes from Ford which has announced two new apps for its Sync AppLink system.
First up is a cooperative app launched by Ford together with Domino's Pizza that lets drivers of the former order pizza from the latter right from their car. The service allows those with Ford Sync AppLink in their car or truck and are registered with a Domino's Pizza Profile to place an order for their favorite pie using Dearborn's voice-recognition software for either pickup or delivery. Save your information in your Pizza Profile and it'll be sent to your house without even the push of a button, which strikes us as awesome a use of technology as we've ever seen.
