No bidders under the age of 18, per Ebay rules. Please read all my Feedback, I have many Satisfied Police car customers. Please don’t have any unreasonable expectations that this is a new car. If you want a new car with no problems please drive to your local new car dealer. All information described above is based on the condition of the car when the ad was written. Be advised, this is a used vehicle, which is over 20 years old and as such, it may have or develop issues/ problems at any given moment. It is likely not perfect. I can’t guarantee that I described every physical and internal defect or flaw. The vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. I have done my very best to describe the vehicle as honestly as possible. I don t know everything about the vehicle or its condition and I do not claim to. I didn’t go over every inch of the car inside and out, but tried to accurately describe the major points. The vehicle has been described as accurately as I know of its condition at the time of the auction. I know of no reason why you couldn’t drive it anywhere, but of course, I cannot make guarantees.  I have not taken this vehicle to a mechanic for an inspection nor am I a mechanic or automobile expert. I only ask that you not wait until the last day of the auction, and please follow through with your appointment. Your bid is your agreement to purchase the vehicle, not come and look then decide. You have seven, days to do that before the end of auction. By placing a bid on my vehicle you have agreed to these terms and conditions. That means once you buy it, it’s yours! No Refunds! Shipping of the vehicle if desired is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser. I will assist in whatever I can by being present to observe your chosen transportation load the vehicle. Please follow the rules of the auction after it is completed, regarding deposit and full payment deadlines. Any one not following through with the auction will be reported to Ebay and appropriate feedback will be left. Any out of state buyer will need to contact their own DMV office for registration and transfer information. There is a clear title on the vehicle. Your will need to purchase a one trip permit her at the Arizona DMV if you wish to drive the vehicle home.  Please e-mail me any other questions you may have. The vehicle is located in Phoenix Arizona. You may fly into Phoenix’s commercial airport and I may be able to assist with transportation from the Phoenix Airport to pick up the vehicle. Just ask! The vehicle can be stored free of charge for up to two weeks after full payment has been received. A $20.00 a day storage fee will be charged there after the two free weeks are up, until vehicle is picked up.  A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 dollars must be received by me within 24 hours of close of auction via money order, cashiers check sent over overnight express mail only! You must make contact with me within the 24 hours close of auction to arrange deposit , balance payment and pick up. If the deposit does not arrive within the 24 hours close of auction or no contact is made, the purchaser has forfeited the purchase of my vehicle, by not following the terms and conditions of this auction and the vehicle will be relisted! If for some reason this is impossible for you please email me PRIOR to the close of auction and I will be happy to work out other arrangements for you, however the deposit must reach me as soon as possible. After that, the full payment needs to be received within the next five business days of close of auction. In other words, full payment balance after deposit is due 5 business days after the auction ends, and must be paid via cash, cashiers check, or money order.  Vehicle & title will not be released or signed over until cashiers check clears (3-5 business days) due to Nigerian counterfeit check scams.
