Description
Reluctantly offering for sale, a very rare 1995 Ferrari F512M in Giallo Modena, with pelle nero (black leather). This car was sold new on March 29 1995 by Ineco Auto, the Ferrari dealership in Bolzano, Italy. It currently has a little over 45,000 km on the odometer. Last big engine-out service was performed by Maranello Motors in Cologne, Germany, on March 9 2011. At that time, the car had 42,534 km on the clock.

The car is in exquisite condition, with all options working, including an ice cold A/C. It features the rare and original directional Speedline wheels, with Michelin tires mounted. The interior is nearly unmarked and very consistent with an impeccably maintained 18 year old Ferrari. Brakes are perfect, car does not track or wander, engine and gearbox are flawless. The car does not leak any fluids and starts on the button every time.

The body work is near perfect with laser straight panels and side ducts. Small stone chips can be found on the front bumper and the lower edge of the luggage compartment, totally in line with a car that has been driven by an enthusiast. The car comes with all manuals, tools and the Ferrari car cover in its original stowage bag. Also included with the car is the German "Fahrzeugbrief" and a Belgian "Certificate of Conformity".

This car is very realistically priced to sell at 99,000 Euros. All EU taxes have been paid, so the car can be transfered within the European community without any import duties or VAT. The car is currently located in Belgium, but I can arrange worldwide shipping. This is a very rare opportunity to buy an extremely original and collectable Ferrari. Only 500 F512M Ferraris were ever built, and, reportedly, only slightly over 20 came in Giallo Modena.

Because this is a Euro spec car, eBay does not let me enter the car's VIN. That is why I put 11111111111111. The real VIN is ZFFVA40B000101589.

Inspections by genuinely interested buyers are encouraged and can be arranged after having made an appointment.

Mansory La Revoluzione shows at least a little restraint

Wed, 11 Sep 2013

Mansory has, yet again, taken a supercar and turned the dial up to 11. Or maybe 12 or 13. This time the base car is none other than the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, a V12-powered GT car. Compared to Mansory's previous Ferrari GT-based creation, the Rambo-inspired Stallone that had used both the 599 and 612 as its base, the new La Revoluzione is a welcome departure.
While the Revoluzione isn't what we'd call subtle, especially from the very front- and rear-most views, we appreciate the small amount of restraint Mansory showed when styling this deep red carbon fiber-bodied car, at least on the outside. As you can see in our image gallery above, the interior of this creation is quite loud and perhaps a little bit obnoxious.
We can't argue with the results seen underhood - claimed horsepower sits at over 1,200 from a twin-turbo 6.3-liter V12 engine. That many ponies pays the expected dividends in performance, with a 0-62 run of 2.9 seconds and a top speed listed at 230 miles per hour. See it yourself in our high-res image gallery above.

Formula One's Valtteri Bottas can turn it up to 11 in Spain

Wed, May 10 2017

BARCELONA - Valtteri Bottas can add his name to one of Formula One's longest sequences by following up his breakthrough win in Russia with another triumph when the European season starts in Spain this weekend. The Finn, fresh from his first Grand Prix victory with champions Mercedes in Russia, is the man most likely to become the 11th different winner in a row at Barcelona's Circuit de Catalunya. No other track on the calendar has had such a variety of winners over the past decade, an ironic fact given that it is the most familiar to drivers from winter testing and was once famed for its predictability. Last year it was Dutch 18-year-old Max Verstappen who became the sport's youngest winner when he triumphed for Red Bull, on his team debut, after both Mercedes drivers collided at the start. In 2012, it was now-departed Venezuelan Pastor Maldonado -- a one-hit wonder -- who handed Williams a surprise victory that remains their most recent. Ferrari's championship leader Sebastian Vettel and Mercedes rival Lewis Hamilton, 13 points behind the German, will start as favorites and success for either could be an omen given that both went on to take the title last time they won in Spain. But Bottas, who joined Mercedes from Williams in January as replacement for retired 2016 world champion Nico Rosberg, is the best bet to continue the streak of different winners in Spain even if he has yet to finish higher than fourth there. "Getting that first win definitely gives me a lot of confidence that I can do it, even though I always knew I had the ability," he said after Sochi. "And now it's done, I just want to do it again and again." RICCIARDO REVIVAL The only other driver from the leading trio of teams yet to triumph in Barcelona is Verstappen's Australian team mate Daniel Ricciardo, but the Red Bull has lagged Mercedes and Ferrari on pace so far this year. That will surely change, with the flow of upgrades set to speed up now that teams are closer to their factories, and Red Bull have some big chassis modifications in the pipeline with engine improvements still to come. "I hope the upgrade will give us a chance to really fight with Mercedes and Ferrari or at least get us closer," said Ricciardo. The driver of car number 11, Force India's Mexican Sergio Perez, has racked up 14 successive points finishes and he too will have aerodynamic updates on his car.

LaFerrari, meet YouTube. YouTube, LaFerrari

Tue, 05 Mar 2013

If, for some reason, you feel like we've left anything out of our coverage of the exciting new LaFerrari unveiled today in Geneva, don't fret - Ferrari has us covered. The automaker has graced us with a total of seven videos of its new hybrid supercar today including the original launch video we already showed you this morning.
The six new videos discuss a broad spectrum of topics, such as LaFerrari's overall architecture, carbon fiber chassis and body, driving dynamics and the 160-horsepower HY-KERS (HYbrid Kinetic Energy Recovery System) part of the powertrain. There is also coverage of today's auto show unveiling and, our favorite, a short video showing the car being tested around the Fiorano Circuit plus some bonus footage of past Ferrari supercars like the GTO, F40, F50 and Enzo.
In total, there is almost 30 minutes of video goodness to bring you just about all the information there is to know about LaFerrari, and all seven videos are posted below.
