FULL FUEL TANK and COMPLETELY DETAILED BEFORE PICK-UP

You are viewing my CLEAN... SECOND OWNER... HIGHWAY DRIVEN...  2006 Dodge Ram 3500 4X4 Quad Cab Dually truck, and I can attest to the quality and reliability of my Dodge Ram Truck.

I bought this vehicle in January 2009 from a Florida Dealer. I felt I needed a larger, more efficient and more comfortable truck to replace my aging 1987 Dodge. It had 114K on the odometer at purchase and had been used to pull a horse trailer on the highway. All mileage is highway miles. Since I have owned this truck, I have regularly maintained service to include Amsoil Synthetics. It has new tires (6) and recent brake upgrade, the fuel injectors were replaced about 15K ago and last year I replaced the front drive shaft and axle shaft U-joints. It is equipped with the legendary 5.9L Cummins Turbo Diesel with a 6-speed manual transmission in a crew cab, long bed, dually configuration and got 19mpg on several of my trips to and from Florida.

This vehicle is loaded with plenty of premium amenities which include; Anti-Lock Brakes, power steering, power windows, power door locks, power and heated exterior mirrors, cruise control, am/fm/cd and satellite audio system. This truck also features a heavy duty LSD with highway gearing, vinyl bed-liner and Reese style class 1 hitch.

I installed a Meyers 7.5 heavy duty Power-Angle snow plow in 2010. I have a small business and plowed our 6 parking spaces as well as my own driveway when it snowed. Last year the plow remained in the garage. I have enjoyed all the comfort features of this vehicle, it is the best riding truck I have ever owned. The exterior finish is CLEAN, it is in good condition with respect to the age and mileage of the vehicle. This looks like a vehicle with much LESS mileage. The interior as shown in the pictures is also CLEAN, it is in good condition with respect to the age and mileage of the vehicle. The powerful 5.9L I6 Cummins Turbo Diesel motor runs strong, and with mostly highway miles there are many years and miles of life left in this truck. The motor does NOT smoke, there is NO blow-by and there are NO visible leaks. The turbo boosts with plenty of power.

I used this truck to pull a motorcycle trailer to various shows after I purchased it, but it has only been used once this year for that and I have put less than 3K on the truck this year.

Every effort is made to describe each vehicle exactly as it is. You will not be disappointed with this purchase as I have never been disappointed. It has been a very reliable and efficient truck for me. As with most pre-owned vehicles, minor wear is often related to age of the vehicle.  Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!

I will be glad to answer any question and provide your with a detailed walk around of the vehicle. This is an excellent condition vehicle inside and out, and it runs and drives just as good as it looks!

Watch dual-engined Dodge SRT4 do a FWD burnout, a RWD burnout, then AWD launch

Wed, Dec 3 2014

There's something fantastically insane about racers who go out on their own and build something unique. Just take this crazy video from last year of a twin-engine Dodge SRT4 at a drag strip that can burn the rubber at either end – or both ends – at a moment's notice. With tires sticking out way past the fenders, a massive cooling system at the front and no back window to speak of, this Dodge is clearly meant solely for speed. Though it's real party trick is being able to spin the front or rear wheels independently. The setup makes for three quite showy burnouts. When it came time to actually get down the track, things got somewhat awkward. Like other twin-engine creations we've seen, the separate powertrains make for some odd sounds and a weird look launching down the strip. Still, there's no doubt that the engineering behind this Frankenstein is very impressive. Scroll down to see this monster in action and another of it in a very mismatched race last year. Junkyard Gem: 1977 Dodge Colt Mileage Maker Coupe

Sat, Dec 11 2021

While Ford and GM each had the resources to develop their own Michigan-designed subcompacts for the dawn of the 1970s— the Pinto and Vega, respectively— Chrysler couldn't afford the huge price tag for such a project. Instead, Chrysler's European operations were tapped for a couple of models that sold well enough on the other side of the Atlantic, giving us the Plymouth Cricket (known as the Hillman Avenger in the UK) and the Simca 1204 (aka the Simca 1100 in France). American car shoppers gave those two models the cold shoulder, but then Chrysler found genuine sales success by making a deal with Mitsubishi to sell the Colt Galant with left-hand drive. This became the Dodge Colt, with sales beginning in the 1971 model year. Though the 1971-1978 rear-wheel-drive Colts were once as commonplace as Corollas or B210s on American roads, they have all but disappeared today. That makes today's Junkyard Find, discovered in a Denver-area yard last week, particularly interesting. This car shows signs of having been in the hands of a speed-crazed enthusiast owner, including an aftermarket steering wheel and one-piece racing seats with slots for five-point harnesses. The primer-gray paint is another clue. The rear-wheel-drive Colts were reasonably quick for their time, and they could be made genuinely quick with basic engine upgrades. This Mitsubishi Saturn four-banger has a tube header, hot-rod ignition system, and a two-barrel (Mikuni-made) Solex carburetor. We can assume there's probably some kind of cam upgrade under the valve cover, too. The shifter is gone, but the original transmission in this car was either the base four-speed or optional five-speed manual. A three-speed automatic was available for $270 (about $1,275 today). Later on, front-wheel-drive Colts (and Mitsubishi Mirages) could be bought with the Twin-Stick overdrive rig, which gave drivers eight forward speeds and the opportunity to make Twin-Stick beer taps. The 1977-1978 Dodge Colt two- and four-door sedans were based on the Mitsubishi Lancer and were a bit smaller than the 1971-1977 cars, while the wagon version moved to the Galant Sigma platform. The build tag shows that this car started life as the cheapest 1977 Colt model, the "Mileage Maker" two-door sedan (Dodge dealers called it a coupe, so that's what I'm calling it in the title).

Dodge Demon's deliverer? FCA files for 'Angel' trademark

Thu, Aug 3 2017

We've driven the Dodge Demon, and despite its satanic overtones and 840 freakin' horsepower under the hood, the car is actually quite well-behaved. At least it didn't bite our head off or drag us into any sort of inferno. Still, Dodge might be looking to balance its lineup with something with a bit more righteous, as FCA has filed for a trademark of the moniker "Angel."... According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, FCA filed the application on July 17, 2017, and it applies to "Motor vehicles, namely, passenger automobiles, their structural parts, trim and badges." Essentially, that's all the information we have to go on at this point. It could mean that Dodge is planning to further capitalize on the Demon name by creating another variant, or a completely different car. But what's the opposite of the Demon? Could it be a more road-friendly version of the drag-focused Demon? (And wouldn't that just be a Hellcat Widebody with more power?) Maybe it's a performance hybrid, as FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne recently said that the automaker would electrify half its fleet by 2022. For now, we can merely speculate as to what the Angel would be. And you can, too. Get at it in the comments section, below. And while you're at it, what name do you think FCA should trademark next, and what sort of car would that be?Related Video: Related Gallery 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon: First Drive View 37 Photos News Source: US Patent and Trademark Office via FCA Authority Auto News Chrysler Dodge Future Vehicles Performance FCA trademark dodge demon
