This Durango is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. The car has had only One owner. It is a non-smoking vehicle originally purchased in California, now located in Florida. It has been consistently maintained and has no mechanical problems. Tires are near new and the battery was replaced a couple months ago. All electrical as well as well as all sound system works superbly. It has a AM/FM/CD sound system with front and rear speakers. The paint is in excellent condition although there are a couple minor dings on the driver door and the hood. They are really very minor and you have to examine the car to find them. The interior is in very good condition. There is one vent on the passenger side which has one part of a slot missing. Again, you can hardly notice it and it does not effect function.
The car is equipped with a towing package with a class IV Hitch receiver with 7 and 4 pin wiring harness. and trailer brakes and tension control dash mounted. It also has the Heavy Duty service Group, and Running boards and additional floor mats in front and back. Also, has rear air conditioning and heating with rear controls. It has the very special fold down third row seat and spring loaded cargo cover screen. The 4.7 Liter Magnum V8 engine is in superb condition with having had all suggested maintenance. It has a full size spare, and 17" X 8.0 Aluminum wheels. It also has Deep Tint Sunscreen Glass with 5X7" Power Mirrors.
This is a really reliable vehicle in great condition. It has in no way been abused. I am selling as I have another car and a truck and therefore, I really don't need it. I am putting what I feel is a reasonable reserve on it so, it's a great chance for you to get a good deal on a Durango that's been extremely well taken care of!

2019 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is getting a facelift
Tue, May 8 2018The Challenger Hellcat won't be the only Mopar muscle car getting an update for the new model year. One of our spy photographers caught an updated 2019 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat testing near the SRT office. It appears that the car will continue on mostly unchanged, since everything behind the fenders is uncovered and unchanged. But the fascia must be getting some noteworthy changes considering how well it's hidden. And it's really, really well-hidden. It's extremely difficult to see through this covering. Whatever changes have been made still aren't going to be massive. It looks like the basics remain the same, including the large center grille in the bumper flanked by two outboard inlets that lack fog lights. The grille appears to still connect with the headlights, and the grille is pinched in the middle. Odds are, the front fascia is the only major difference on the 2019 Charger Hellcat, just as the twin-scoop hood on the Challenger Hellcat is the only major difference on that model. Under the hood will likely be the same 707-horsepower supercharged V8. This Charger prototype also sports the same Brembo brakes as the current model. The full reveal will probably come this summer along with the Challenger. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Diesel Power finds the ultimate modified oil-burner
Sat, 24 Aug 2013For nine years, Diesel Power magazine has run the Diesel Power Challenge, this year's grindfest being "a week-long torture test that features seven events, nine trucks, 8,000 horsepower, and nearly 15,000 pound-feet of torque." The road to being crowned "the most powerful truck" starts with a dyno run, and then continues through the completion of a CDL-style obstacle course, an eighth-of-a-mile drag race while towing a 10,000-pound trailer, a quarter-mile drag race without a trailer, a fuel economy test in the mountains and finally a sled-pulling test through a 300-foot-long packed-mud pit.
What kind of trucks get into such a fight? Last year's winner, for instance - who upgraded his truck this year to prove he didn't "luck into the win" - drives a 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty with a 6.4-liter Power Stroke V8 upgraded with a custom intake, Elite Diesel triple turbos and a two-stage nitrous system. Another competitor has a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 powered by a 5.9-liter Cummins inline-six, upgraded with Garrett turbos, dual-stage nitrous, a seven-inch exhaust stack and twin fans built into the bed to cool the Sun Coast Omega transmission. The numbers on that truck: 1,255 horsepower, and 2,063 pound-feet of torque at the wheels. Naturally, as the image above might suggest, things don't always end well.
You'll find all five videos covering this years challenge below. A scene in the dyno video sums it all up perfectly: a competitor leaves his nitrous on too long and the crew is treated to some ominous poppings, he leans out the window, throws both hands up and shouts, "Amer'ca!"
