2002 Dodge Ram Extended Cab Long Bed! V10 with a rebuilt 5 speed manual transmission.(2k miles) Motor has just under 114 k miles ( changes daily as I drive) with no leaks and does not burn oil. Has new 315/75/16 tires with aluminum rims. ( rims are older) Brakes are good, truck drives down the road straight with no pulling. This motor puts out 80% of its torque at 1800 rpms. It will pull just about any trailer or camper uphill with no problem. Gets 8 to 12 mpg pulling or not. It is 4 wd which works as it should and also has a 3" lift kit
The body is in good condition with very few dents or dings. There was a few small rust areas that were painted over by the previous owner, but it does not take away from the nice body and paint. The camera would not capture the areas because they are small and hard to notice. The tailgate and bed is good with no dents. There is a drop in bed liner on the truck now.
The interior has new front and back leather seats with new center console. No rips or tears in the seats, doors or headliner. There is new vinyl flooring installed. ( easier to clean) All gauges work tach, fuel ,speedo and oil pressure. Oil pressure is healthy at 40 psi consistently . All glass is good. Truck has manual windows and door locks. Dash has started cracking, but can be fixed with a dash cover or a dash cap $ 60 for the cover or $150 for the cap on Ebay. Other than the dash the interior is showroom condition with the new leather and flooring. Has a radio with cassette player.
Power steering and cruise control work fine. Brake control for towing also is installed as well as new fog lights with red illuminated switch.
I have tried to describe this truck honestly and in detail. This is a nice looking Dodge Ram with a great stance. I get a lot of compliments on it. It is not a new truck but it also is not a beat up abused truck and it is not $40 k as when it was in showroom condition. The V10 manual Long Bed is a rare combo and is hard to find with these low miles. The new owner should feel comfortable in the purchase of this Dodge Ram. Feel free to contact me with any questions or offers. I have set the reserve low, so this truck can sell quick!!!!!!!!!

Weekly Recap: Things you might not know about the 2015 Dodge Charger and Challenger Hellcats
Sat, 16 Aug 2014If you're an enthusiast, and you don't know that Dodge spawned another Hellcat this week, you really must have been living in cave. The 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is probably the biggest news for enthusiasts since the reveal of, well the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.
But, there are some things you might not know or might have missed about the new Charger and Challenger Hellcats. For starters, reports that the Hellcat production would be limited to a low volume are not true.
"We have not capped the Hellcat on either the Challenger or the Charger," Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis said.
The 2018 Dodge Demon sounds like nothing else on the road
Thu, Mar 16 2017The Dodge Demon seems to have a torque problem, if making too much to easily contain can be considered a problem. In order to keep all that twist under control, the Demon has a new torque reserve launch system that works all sorts of engineering black magic to build boost without overloading the rear tires and brakes. That system, combined with the sticky Nittos and the fancy new suspension, should lead to some pretty spectacular 60-foot and 1/4-mile times. The way the system works is relatively straightforward. A bypass valve on the supercharger closes, "prefilling" the blower. In order to balance revs and torque, the computer can adjust fuel flow and spark on individual cylinders. The torque reserve kicks in when Launch Mode is initiated and the engine is turning at least 1,000 rpm. The goal is to reach peak boost quicker while efficiently putting down power. The side effect is a distinct exhaust note, which Dodge admits may make it seem like the Demon is broken. That seems to be the root of the "If you know, you know" tagline that the automaker has been using since the first teaser. Those interested can even download a ringtone, which might make it seem like you have a blown-out speaker on your phone. You can get a brief taste in the latest teaser video. In addition to the new info on the Launch Mode, Dodge released a couple of new teaser images. We briefly glimpsed one of these last week. It's a shot of the Demon's performance pages. The number 757 has appeared before, and all the talk of torque leads us to conclude that this is the Demon's torque output. The number 815 was seen in a separate teaser (shown below), which we feel may be the horsepower rating. If those numbers are correct, that would mean an increase of 108 horsepower and 107 lb-ft of torque, totally reasonable numbers given all the Demon's modifications. The license plate photo is another equation or code. This one, 3.9+221=405, is just as cryptic as the others. Thieves still love older Hondas and pickups most, says NICB [w/video]
Wed, 20 Aug 2014No one wants to have their car stolen, but a new study by the National Insurance Crime Bureau has some bad news for older Honda owners and pickup drivers. Fortunately, it has better news for drivers overall. The group is reporting that according to preliminary data from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, thefts were down 3.2 percent in 2013 (versus 2012) to fewer than 700,000 cars. That's the lowest figure since 1967. That's also less than half of the peak of over 1.66 million thefts in 1991. "The drop in thefts is good news for all of us," says NICB President and CEO Joe Wehrle. "But it still amounts to a vehicle being stolen every 45 seconds and losses of over $4 billion a year."
Honda drivers might not find it such good news with older Accord and Civic models topping this year's theft study. Toyota and Dodge can't really celebrate, either, with two models each on the list, as well. Overall, this year's list was split evenly between foreign and domestic models, which were mostly pickups.
The 10 most likely vehicles to be stolen in 2013 were:
