FULLY RESTORED - VERY RARE 1977

This is a Chevrolet Bonanza C10 "Gold Edition" 1/2 ton long bed pickup with trailer towing package. Fully functioning heater and Cold AC that has been converted to R134A. Tilt wheel, Kenwood Radio Model # KRC1006. Odometer reads 63,406.

Very clean and solid truck that was restored back to it's original condition and garaged shortly afterwards, they do not come this clean anymore. This truck is NOT a hot rod. It has the original factory 350 engine with factory dual style exhaust and a 350 automatic transmission, all were fully rebuilt and professionally restored.

The Sportsman Topper and truck were professionally painted using the OEM colors (Tan). Additionally, a chocolate color Rhino Liner was added in the truck bed. There are sliding windows in both the rear truck window and topper window allowing access through the cab. This truck has the origional rally wheels, caps and rings. It has new weatherstripping, door pins and all new window felts along with door gaskets.

I am the second owner and have owned this truck for over 28 years. The interior has been professionally restored and looks just as clean as the exterior. The 1977 C10 was the only year Chevrolet came out with yellow painted trim molding instead of black, making it the "Gold Edition Series" truck.

Chevy monitors drivers' biometrics while experiencing new Corvette Stingray

We tell you about what a car is like to drive every day, remarking on throttle response, steering weight and feedback, squat, dive, brake fade and a dozen or more other factors of performance. What we can't tell you, though, is what the car does to us - how its performance impacts us, physically. That's what makes this video series from Chevrolet so darn cool.
The Bow-Tie brand rented out Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch, got several (very) different individuals together, strapped a bunch of sensors to their bodies to record biometric data ranging from heart rate to respiration to brain activity, and then handed them keys to the new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The results are explained in a series of videos, devoted to each driver, showing how different people react to the Corvette's performance.
If, like your author, you're a nerd for medical science, this is going to be a fascinating set of videos. 1956 Corvette SR-2 factory racer profiled

The Chevrolet Corvette has earned its place as America's sports car, capable of taking on the best the world can throw at it. Much of that winning reputation was earned with victories on the track. Now, there was a chance to own an early piece of the nameplate's motorsport history in the form of a 1956 Corvette SR-2 racer, but some deep pockets were necessary to get it, with an estimate of $6.885 million. The story behind the SR-2 is fascinating. In 1956, famous General Motors designer Harley Earl's son was racing in a Ferrari. Obviously, that wasn't going to work given his father's position within the automaker, and Harley and Corvette engineer Zora Arkus-Duntov got to work on a faster racecar. Three were made. This one was reportedly the first, and for 1957 it also received a fuel-injected V8 making a claimed 331 horsepower and four-speed manual gearbox, according to "Corvette Mike," the owner and seller. The SR-2 went on display in Scottsdale, AZ appropriately timed to coincide with the big Barrett-Jackson auction there that wrapped up this weekend. The car wasn't part of that event; instead marque specialist Mike Vietro sold the racer as a private treaty sale. Company spokesperson Troy Worrell told Autoblog both the bids and identities of the bidders will remain undisclosed.
