I have for sale a 1970 Chevy C10 pick up. This is a short wheelbase 2 wheel drive truck. It is set up with a big block 454, 400 turbo transmission, and 12 bolt 373 posi. rear. The drive train is completely rebuilt, frame was sandblasted and professionally primed and painted. The cab has had all the sheet metal professionally replaced. (New one piece floor with cab mounts, new cab corners, inner and outer rocker, inner kick panels ect.) All the brake lines are stainless and trans lines are also. The front spindles are a 2in. drop and has a disc brake conversion already installed. The engine was professionally bored .30 over and assembled at the machine shop. I have everything to complete the engine assembly yourself. I didn't finish the engine because I personally would want to know what I'm getting so you can inspect the engine before bidding. The transmission has been professionally built with B&M racing clutches and a 2500 rpm stall converter. I have most all parts to finish this truck except the bed assy. I have new front inner fenders, fenders, grille assy..,cowl induction hood, dash, body mounts and hardware, wiring harness, seat, fuel tank, tilt column w/ auto shift on the column, New drive shaft assy., duel exhaust with flow master mufflers. All the glass is good also. I also have a clean title in hand for this truck. The truck is being sold "AS IS" with "NO WARRANTY" All this truck needs is someone with the ambition to finish it. I started on this truck and no longer have the time to finish it. I have over $8000.00 in parts and labor invested in this project and must let it go. My loss is your gain. The reserve is set considerably lower than what I have in it. If you have any questions about the truck or would like to come see it please call me at 443-553-2712 my name is Mike. I'm sure I have left something out. I can help with loading this truck and the parts. I am also flexible with whoever buys it with storage and pick up times. I understand it takes time to line up shipping on a project like this. Good luck bidding. I will entertain trades for an automatic 4 cylinder car that is reliable and good on fuel (Nissan, Toyota, Honda of equal value). Or an automatic Jeep CJ, YJ, or TJ of equal value.

Chevrolet Silverado reportedly getting the GMC Sierra's MultiPro tailgate
Mon, Aug 17 2020GMC reinvented the pickup tailgate when it added a six-way option named MultiPro to the current-generation Sierra it introduced in 2019. It kept this clever feature to itself as a way to differentiate the Sierra from the Chevrolet Silverado, but a recent report claims it will begin sharing it in the not-too-distant future. Enthusiast website GM Authority learned from anonymous sources familiar with Chevrolet's product plans that the Silverado will soon receive its own version of the MultiPro tailgate. It will be called either MultiFlex or Multi-Flex, a name Chevrolet has already trademarked, and it was initially scheduled to make its debut for the 2021 model year. Its arrival might be delayed until the 2022 model year due to the coronavirus pandemic, however. Chevrolet's Silverado and GMC's Sierra are nearly identical under the sheet metal, so adding the latter's six-way tailgate to the former will be a relatively straightforward and cost-effective process. Interestingly, GM Authority wrote engineers could add a seventh function to the tailgate, though it didn't reveal what they have in store. It's also not sure whether both trucks will get the new feature, or if it will exclusively be offered on the Chevrolet. 2022 will bring major updates to the Silverado and the Sierra, potentially including — as we've previously reported — an independent rear suspension. Interior upgrades will allegedly be part of the mid-cycle changes, too, but we still don't know if the Silverado will receive the tough carbon fiber cargo box available in the Sierra. In the meantime, motorists in the market for a Sierra will temporarily have fewer options to choose from. GMC has asked its dealers to stop taking orders for the regular- and double-cab variants of the truck, according to a separate report from GM Authority. Putting the slower-selling regular- and double-cab trucks on hiatus will allow dealers to build up their inventory of crew-cabs, which sell far better and are in relatively short supply. These restrictions will remain in effect until the 2021 model year, which starts on September 14 for double- and crew-cab models and on September 21 for regular-cab trucks. All three body styles will be available in 2021. Related Video:

GM and Isuzu to partner for medium-duty commercial truck
Tue, Jun 16 2015General Motors is returning to the medium-duty truck business in the US for the first time since 2009 thanks to a new deal with longtime-partner Isuzu. The arrangement brings the Isuzu N-series models to Chevrolet dealers with the Bowtie's branding on them in 2016. There are six medium-duty Chevy models arriving at dealers in regular cab and crew cab bodies: the 3500, 3500HD, 4500, 4500HD, 5500, and 5500HD. The trucks will be sold as a bare chassis for buyers to outfit to their needs. Depending on model, customers will have the choice of an Isuzu-sourced 3.0-liter and 5.2-liter diesel engines or a 6.0-liter V8 gasoline-fueled engine from GM and six-speed gearbox. According to company spokesperson Bob Wheeler to Autoblog, the diesel models will be built in Japan and the rest assembled from knockdown kits in Charlotte, MI. This kind of vehicle sharing isn't uncommon for GM in the commercial segment, and it already partners with Nissan to use the Japanese brand's NV200 as the City Express van. The General also once owned a significant stake in Isuzu, and the two have remained collaborators even since then. Isuzu and GM Enter Commercial Vehicle Collaboration Agreement in the U.S. 2015-06-15 DETROIT and FUJISAWA, Japan – General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM) and Isuzu Motors (TSE 7202) have reached an agreement on a U.S. commercial vehicle collaboration, allowing Isuzu to strengthen its product lineup and GM to expand its commercial vehicle portfolio. Isuzu will produce low cab forward models for GM, based off of the Isuzu N-Series. The vehicles will be distributed by participating Chevrolet dealers in the U.S. market starting in 2016. To strengthen the product lineup, GM and Isuzu will explore the use of GM commercial vehicle components for Isuzu low cab forward trucks and GM will continue to produce and supply the 6.0L V-8 gas engine and six-speed transmission for Isuzu gasoline-powered low cab forward trucks. Isuzu and GM have maintained a strategic partnership for more than 40 years, producing collaborative business opportunities throughout the world. This agreement continues that tradition and reinforces a long-term relationship that helps to explore future collaborations in the U.S. commercial vehicle business. About General Motors General Motors Co. (NYSE:GM, TSX: GMM) and its partners produce vehicles in 30 countries, and the company has leadership positions in the world's largest and fastest-growing automotive markets.
