2009 Chev Impala on 2040-cars

This is a 2009 Chevrolet Impala with a 3.9L Flex Fuel V6 police package engine and vehicle package. The odometer reads 116727.  This vehicle was purchased new for our department and used for patrol. 

The front and back seats are cloth. The front and back floor area are all vinyl – no carpet - no mats. Please note: This vehicle’s interior has not been detailed – any extra interior vehicle parts will be placed in a box in the trunk (Rear seat belts, console, etc.)

Tires are “V” speed rated and are estimated 50% tread. The vehicle has drilled interior holes where equipment was mounted and normal wear associated with a fleet vehicle. There are signs of normal wear and tear and some paint chips and dings in the vehicle associated with common road travel.

The vehicle appears to run well and has been well maintained during police service. There may be holes in the roof where antennas were installed and they have been plugged with chrome caps. Holes may also be present in the side mirror units. The spot light on the driver’s side has been left for you as well.

The vehicle has government "E" plates that will be removed... If this vehicle is to be driven off our back lot - you will need to purchase a Temporary Permit and provide Proof of Insurance before leaving the department.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction via cash or Pay Pal. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. We accept Pay Pal for deposits ONLY. Item must be paid for and picked up from seller's location via cash payment or certified cashier’s check made in full within 10 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements are made with the seller. Shipment and or retrieval costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Seller will not make any shipment/pick-up arrangements for this item. Buyer will be furnished a clear title to the vehicle. If no contact is made within 48 hours of auction’s end - we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, give a second chance offer to the next highest bidder, or otherwise resell the item.

Vehicle must be retrieved from our location within 14 days of auction end. A storage fee of $10.00 per day will be imposed on the 15^th day and each day after until vehicle is picked up.  The sale will be void and the car will be re-listed if not picked up within 30 days of auction end.
