Here is a very sharp and very clean Chevrolet Corvair Convertible. You can jump in and drive this car anywhere with confidence! Original motor runs like a champ. Recent work done includes New brakes with rebuilt wheel cylinders and master cylinder, new valve cover gaskets, new oil pan gasket, new transmission gasket, "O" ring on shifter shaft, new valve lifters, new push rod tube "O" rings, rebuilt carbs, rebuilt starter, new rear shocks, new cap, sparkplugs, wires, points and rotor, new exhaust, wiper blades. Automatic trans shifts like it should! The interior looks great and has brand new seat covers, new door panels, new sun visors, glove box and carpet. Also has new window felts and door seals Everything on the car works including the horn, radio, heater, blinkers and wipers! Newer paint looks great (1965 Corvette Blue). Newer bumpers look great! Floors and trunk pan are all solid. Manual top is brand new including new rear window, top seals and new top hold downs. It does come with a top boot but it is a bit oversized. Original wheel covers are in nice shape. Newer radial tires. Original jack, spare tire and manuals are included. Very clean engine compartment. This car turns heads wherever you go! The Poncho is dead. Long live the Poncho. Like certain other reoccurring personal maladies, the aftermarket community simply can't let the Trans Am go without another flare up. The guys at Trans Am Depot have worked up a quick commercial for their newest creation: The 2013 Trans Am Hurst Edition, and it watches pretty much like you'd expect it to. The footage is comprised of just about every TA male fantasy you can conceive of, from Daisy Dukes and white tank tops to tramp stamps, bikinis and ice cream cones. There simply aren't words for what you'll see below.
Of course, we like our T-Tops as much as the next guy. If you like what you see in the videos, you can pick up your very own TA by heading over to the Trans Am Depot site. The guys even have Chevrolet Camaro-based versions of the Pontiac GTO if the '77 TA treatment is too much for your tastes. Enjoy, but don't say we didn't warn you.
Netflix to feature electric cars from GM and others in programming
Sun, Feb 5 2023LOS ANGELES — Netflix has unveiled a new star for some of its upcoming programming: electric vehicles from General Motors and other automakers. The streaming service announced an agreement on Thursday to feature vehicles including the Chevrolet Bolt, the electric GMC Hummer pickup and the Cadillac Lyriq in TV series and films "where relevant." The companies will highlight the partnership in a commercial featuring Will Ferrell that will air during the Feb. 12 Super Bowl. Netflix and GM called the agreement "part of a commitment to a more sustainable future." Financial terms were not disclosed. Netflix said it will help creators "better understand how EVs can complement and enhance their stories." Shows that will feature GM's electric vehicles include "Love is Blind," "Queer Eye" and "Unstable." Netflix productions also will include electric vehicles made by other automakers, the company said.
