1996 chevy k1500 4x4 work truck, drives well has new tires, new battery, new brake lines, new starter, new thermostat. the interior and engine bay are clean. the body if the truck does have some dents and rust but hey its a work truck. I had the truck on a lift and checked out the frame, solid body mounts, it was very solid so I cleaned it and undercoated it with good undercoating to protect it. the truck was never plowed with. the last owners of the truck was a local hospital and was used as a grounds truck and was well maintained. it has a current nys inspection. 4x4 works excellent and the light on the floor works.

the bad: the body has some dents and rust, the windshield has a crack in the corner, the brake pedal feels low I believe it is because when the lines were done it was not bled good but they work fine, the e brake handle is broken, check engine light goes on and off for an egr pintle valve which can be taken off, cleaned and put back on.

2015 Chevy Silverado Custom Sport is subtle in black

In a world where trucks are growing bigger, bolder grilles and more muscle-bound looks, Chevrolet is trying something a bit different with its recently revealed Custom Sport edition for the 2015 Silverado at the this year's Detroit Auto Show. The edition leans on being understated, instead of screaming about its abilities. The design is supposed to be a throwback to the Chevy Custom Sport Trucks of the late '60s that brought a touch of elegance to these usually utilitarian vehicles at the time. The heart of the package is its monochromatic body-color touches for the bumpers and grille surround. The one on display at the show is especially attractive with a chrome-accented black grille that fits perfectly with the rest of the body. The edition does get a bit more shine with chrome covering the 20-inch wheels, door handles, mirror caps and side moldings. In addition, buyers get projector beam headlights, tow hooks and heated power mirrors. The custom package is available on the LT trim in black or white and on the LTZ in black or White Diamond Tricoat. Chevy Corvette gets Valet Mode with Performance Data Recorder [w/video]

For the 2015-model-year, Chevrolet introduces Valet Mode for the Corvette, an enhancement to the Performance Data Recorder (PDR) already available and to your peace of mind. The PDR already captures 720p HD video with a windshield-mounted camera, records interior audio with a cabin microphone and gathers telemetry data using GPS, saving the data to an SD card in the glovebox. You can then watch your track-day antics with various information overlays on the center console screen.
Valet Mode will let you hit 'Replay' when your car gets pulled up front smelling vaguely of fricasseed clutch. Turned on by entering a four-digit code, it also locks the interior storage spaces and turns off the infotainment system. It can't be turned off until the code is re-entered.
