This is a 1968 Chevy truck I purchased awhile ago for a shop truck. We decided not to use this truck on the count of its to small to haul what we need. Its a awesome truck there are a bunch of goodies on this one. The truck needs some body work on the passenger side . Needs rocker replaced door skin and cab corner and firewall corner. I have replacement skin for firewall. The parts on engine that have bee replaced are as follows. All Edelbrock parts. New Air filter, Carburetor, Intake, Distributor, Timing cover, Valve covers. and a B&M shifter. All new gaskets top to bottom. New spark plugs and wires. New Jegs electric fuel pump and new fuel lines. New master cylinder and some brake line. It has headers with dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. It sounds and runs great. There are no turn signals or rear bumper. So not legally allowed to drive on road yet. Needs some work but it is a project truck. Have any questions call 574- 527- 4590 May deliver up to 300 miles with a fee of $300.00 Thanks for looking....

2014 Chevrolet SS makes its live debut
Sat, 16 Feb 2013Chevrolet showed off the new 2014 SS in an airport hangar last night, its first rear-wheel-drive performance sedan in the US since the Impala SS from 1997. We'll have more to say about the SS later today, but this is the sedan that Chevrolet sees as the final piece in restoring its performance credentials. For those of you looking for a manual transmission, however, that wish will go unfulfilled - at least for now: the only two options buyers will have are the color and whether or not they want a sunroof.
We'll work on getting some more angles (in better light) today at Daytona International Speedway, but with fans seeing the car for the first time, we don't hold out much luck of getting a clear shot. So for now, enjoy the high-res gallery above.
Take a close look at the guts of the Chevy Volt battery, powertrain
Sat, Aug 9 2014Just how intimate would you like to get with the powertrain in a Chevy Volt? If you're anything like YouTube user d55guy, then spending a half hour filming yourself taking apart the battery pack, motor, inverter and more for a look inside sounds like your idea of fun. After all, this way you get to see the cooling system, the heavy safety kill switch and count up the individual cells in the battery modules. Fun! Turns out, we also enjoy languidly paced Volt dissection video goodness, and we think you might want to see it as well. So, we've embedded two videos below and if you don't have a better understanding of how the Volt is put together after watching them, well, at least you can't say we never tried to show you anything. Given that what's really happening here is the organized 'destruction' of an expensive and potentially dangerous object, let's talk safety. There's a serious disclaimer at the beginning of the videos and on the YouTube description page, but we feel the need to repeat the gist of it here: do not try this at home. The creator of the video says he is a trained engineer and has been doing things like this "for the better part of a decade," so he apparently knows what he's doing. With that in mind, watch it all below. When you're done seeing the insides of a Volt powertrain up close, if you need more filmed EV dissection/destruction, check out this video designed for first responders approaching a damaged Tesla Model S.
