This 528i is without a doubt the cleanest, best kept, sharpest looking 5-Series sedan you will find anywhere in this price range. Finished in Alpine White over Gray Leather interior, this car is loaded with all the right options and is cleaner than others you will find have the age for twice the price. The paint and body on this car are in nearly flawless condition with no dings, dents, or major scratches that I could find anywhere. The interior is equally incredible with no real signs of major wear to be found on the leather or carpets. This is a vehicle we know well, as we sold it to a repeat customer and short time sales employee in 2003 when it had just 54K miles and took it back in trade here from him. It is loaded with all the right options as well as some nice extras including: Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Premium Sound System with DSP, 6CD changer, Leather seats, Wood trim, Heated front seats, Heated steering wheel, Rear A/C vents, Power moonroof, Power front seats with driver memory, Automatic transmission and more. In addition, this car has a set of brand new Euro style headlight lenses with clear corner lenses (original BMW headlights) and a set of beautiful 18 TSW alloy wheels with nearly new tires all around. If you don't care for the wheels the originals can be included with the vehicle as well. This car runs and drives just as well as it looks with all functions in excellent working order, ice cold A/C, tight suspension, and no known issues. Truly the cleanest example you will find for sale anywhere. None nicer to be found, guaranteed. Drifting can be dangerous for spectators, too

Fri, 02 May 2014

Okay kids, here's your lesson for the day. When you go to a motorsports event (that isn't a rally), there are these things called walls. They're big and hard. There might be stacks of tires in front of them. There are also these things called barriers, catch fences and run-off areas. They exist to protect you, the spectator, when something inevitably goes wrong on the track.
If you don't have these things, you probably shouldn't be watching whatever four-wheeled mayhem is taking place. This gentleman learned that the hard way, after getting a bit too close while some hoon drifts his BMW 3 Series.
Scroll down for the video, and be warned, while there isn't any blood that we can see, some viewers might find the sight of a human getting punted by a BMW disturbing.

2020 Lamborghini Huracan Evo has the biggest price discount in America

Thu, Apr 9 2020

Right now, buyers of the 2020 Lamborghini Huracan Evo are paying an average of $248,000 to drive the brand-new supercar off the dealer lot. That's a hefty chunk of change, but it represents $16,269 off the car's average $264,969 retail price, according to data provided to Autoblog by Truecar. That's the largest discount in America on a new vehicle for the month of April, 2020 when judged by the dollar amount in savings off the sticker. It's not all that uncommon to see a lot of money taken off the sticker price of expensive luxury cars. This month, right behind the Lamborghini sits the 2019 BMW 8 Series with a few bucks shy of $11,000 in savings, which is hardly surprising. Though it's a very sleek and entertaining car in some of its various incarnations, it hasn't exactly proven to be a hot seller for the German automaker. The fact that there are a total of 15 (!) possible configurations probably doesn't help. Two other BMWs, the 2020 7 Series ($10,164 in savings) and the 2019 i8 ($10,145) are also on the top 10 biggest discounts list. In between that BMW sandwich are the 2019 and 2020 editions of the Acura NSX. It doesn't really matter which one a buyer chooses to drive off the lot, either way lopping off more than $10,000 off the sticker price means the electrified supercar will cost just under $150k. BMW says no more manuals, M cars capped at 600 hp

Mon, Jul 6 2015

BMW appears to be approaching a big change in the way that it handles performance. First, the clutch pedal may be a goner from future M models, based on recent statements from the division's boss, Frank van Meel. We also might not be seeing any significant increases in horsepower from some of these vehicles anytime soon. "From a technical standpoint, the future doesn't look bright for manual gearboxes. The DCT and auto 'boxes are faster and they have better fuel consumption," van Meel said to Autocar. Although, he left the door open slightly to keeping them at least in the near future. "It's difficult to say we'll stick to the manual, but we still have a big fan community for manuals and we are not going to take away something the customer wants to have." Van Meel also suggested that the company is capping the output of M models at 600 horsepower. "We're at the limit. If you go on adding more horsepower and torque, it'd probably be over the limits," he said to Autocar. That ceiling does leave some room to grow for future versions of the M3 and M4, which currently offer 425 hp. However, it means that the M5 and M6 with 560 hp are basically at the cap. The limited BMW M5 30th Anniversary Edition already packs 600 hp. Rumors have suggested that the already spied, next-generation M5 might stick with around 600 hp. It seems unlikely for BMW to completely give up competing against the Autobahn-burning sedans from Mercedes-Benz and Audi. Performance could still see a boost thanks to a reportedly lighter platform and optional all-wheel drive.
