Description

Up for sale is a gorgeous 2008 Acura TL sedan equipped with a strong yet fuel efficient 3.2L V6 engine and Automatic transmission with manual shift option. This TL has just 56k original miles on the clock and it runs and drives GREAT! We have recently purchased the car from an insurance company with fresh water damage announcement. The engine sucked in some water and got stuck.

We have professionally installed a new engine with about the same mileage on it (have receipt). We have also checked the wiring and connectors, detailed the interior and installed a brand new battery. The car runs and drives GREAT with no problems. Engine, transmission and all electrical components including power seats, radio, blower motor, power windows etc. work fine. The interior is very clean. Front seats have some imperfections which can be easily fixed. This is a NON-smoker vehicle. All tires are still in good shape.

Payment & Shipping

Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required within 24 hours of the auction end, the remaining balance is due within 7 days. Make sure you have necessary funds prior to bidding! Please DO NOT bid if you are not serious about buying the car because I am serious about selling it. The car must be picked up within 7 days after the auction's end, otherwise storage fee of $25 per day ($150 per week) will apply unless other prior arrangements are made. There is a mandatory $125 document fee, which covers eBay fees, title reassignment, and all priority mail. There are NO other fees of any kind. We collect 7% NJ sales tax only from NJ residents (you don't pay it again at MVC). All other buyers are responsible for sales taxes in their own states.

Honda discontinuing Euro Accord, no replacement in sight

Honda has built two Accords for many years. There's the one we're familiar with here in the United States, and then there's the Accord sold in markets like Europe and Australia, known here in the US as the Acura TSX. But just like Acura did with the TSX, the Euro-market Accord has been discontinued.
The news comes from The Motor Report in Australia, which is reporting that the Accord Euro will be discontinued in 2015. Sold Down Under alongside the US-market model, the discontinuation of the Aussie car indicates an end to Honda's midsize sedan efforts in Europe, where there is no obvious replacement for the four-door and wagon models.
According to TMR, Honda Australia Director Stephen Collins indicated that focus will be placed instead on the US market "wide-body" model, as it's known. That said, this decision doesn't sound like it's sitting too well in Oz.
